Professional Chimney and Air Duct Service were very professional. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. They were very friendly and kept my house clean while cleaning the chimney. I'll be using them again!

Scheduled easily and promptly. Excellent communication. On time arrival. Very communicative. Cleaned up and left no trace.

Prompt service. Courteous. Chimney was cleaned. Used camera and showed me inside chimney as he worked. Also checked wire screen on top of chimney and chimney itself. I would say it was very thorough job. I will be needing a little work done on chimney for maintenance. Gary will be coming to do that work shortly.. Very happy with service and would not hesitate using this company again.

I ended up having the chimney sweep and video camera inspection. Everything turned out great, and he left everything clean. He didn't find anything unusual. My chimney and fireplace worked great last winter.

The experience was overall an excellent one. I got a call on this service immediately and gave my sister-in-laws information so that the appointment for the cleaning could be done. My sister-in-law advised me that she was thrilled with the services received. They showed up timely and explained everything that was being done and why with each step. He did a great job and cleaned up after he had completed it. She said she would certainly hire him again and in fact plan to use him to clean the duct work in her home. I plan to use him for my own chimney.

Professional Chimney did a chimney cleaning, and installed a weather cap. They advised the chimney crown was cracking and needed to be sealed before winter. They recommended sealing the crown and spraying the chimney with water repellant to help prevent water/ice damage. Their work was very high in quality, they were on time and very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely call again for any chimney work needed.

They came for the initial cleaning and inspection. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took care to avoid making a mess. The fireplace that was used more frequently had a significant buildup of creosote in the chimney, so they came back, treated the fireplace, and sealed it. After a few days, they came back again and used brushes to scrape off the softened creosote. We thought they did a great job and we're looking forward to using our fireplace this season. They also gave us a lot of great advice on avoiding creosote build up in the future.

He actually contacted me to get the work set up. He was very professional. He did a thorough job on the inspection and cleaning. He was very careful to leave my floor clean when he was done.

I set up this service for my mother who was very much overdue for a chimney cleaning. (like 30 years!) I was not present during the service, but it appeared he did a good job and wrote up an invoice with recommendations for further work. The price for this work seemed reasonable, but now I have to get my mother to call him back to have the repairs made. He was very responsive in setting up a time with my mother that suited them both.

Job went very well and am happy with service and price. I reccommend this service provider.

Gary was very conscious of keeping our family room clean while he worked, and is entirely self- contained. I had no additional work to do after he left. He swept the chimney and then showed me the view via his cabled video camera. He did recommend we take further action to remove a build up of creosote and offered a discount for using his services to do this. All in all, we are pleased.

I took advantage of a great deal being offered for a chimney cleaning and inspection by Pro Chimney. We just bought our home and have no idea of the condition of the chimney (other than our home inspection prior to purchase) or its maintenance history. Therefore we thought it prudent to have a professional take a look before we start using it in the coming fall. I called and left a message to schedule my cleaning the day I purchased the deal. Gary called me back right away and offered a next day appointment. He arrived early and surveyed the best access before starting. Together with an assistant, they set up and took care to keep my rugs clean and work around my furniture. I have a young child who was fascinated by the process, and a curious dog, but they did not seem to mind the audience! They were pleasant and professional. In addition to the cleaning and scan, Gary lubricated the damper mechanism (no additional charge.) There was some rust indicating presence of water at some point, but he suggested just watching it since we haven't seen any and thus the issue may have been addressed already by a prior homeowner. He recommended some additional mortar to close large gaps behind the facade for safety and provided a reasonable estimate (I believe) for the work. He also explained how to do it and what specific mortar to use in the event we decided to do it ourselves. Since we are new to this part of the country, I had general questions about use of the fireplace which he was happy to answer. I will be calling Gary again in the future!

He was very good. He came down when he said he was going to and got it done when he said he would. It took him about three or four hours. His price was good. It cost me $720. He gave an estimate of $800 but he charged 10% less. I contacted somebody else and they were more expensive.

A squirrel showed up in our basement. We were able to get it out, but could not figure out how it got in. We have a very old house and after a very thorough search, found a small hole in the unused chimney flue. Contacted the company and when weather was okay they attached chimney caps to the 2 flues. Excellent service and they were also able to mortar the hole in the chimney. Excellent job overall.

Gary arrived at the appointed time explained he services covered all areas surrounding fireplace tarps cleaned fireplace & chimney uncleaned a winter worth of ask buildup in the fireplace. Examined inside of chimney with video camera. Cleaned up well & explained condition of my chimney & what I need to do in the future.

The chimney cleaning and camera inspection from the inside was just as impressive as the quality and professionalism of the outdoor chimney repairs. Showed at our house both times when he said he would, did a thourough cleaning from the inside as he said he would, laid down clean drop clothes in our family room and was extremely professional. The room was left exactly as he found it when the cleaning and inspection was done. Demonstrated excellent knowledge by explaining what was cleaned, what he saw and how the camera inspection went to my wife. After quoting multiple companies to repair outside chimney brick cracks, mortar repair and general chimney seal coating, this company was by far the most reasonable price and also the most believeable in the way the repairs were recommended. The chimney repair work was completed on time, on the day agreed upon and again was very professional and neat during the work. Strongly recommend this company!

He is a true professional. Made sure that ALL areas were covered with tarps to prevent dirt - explained exactly what he was going to do - then he proved it by having a video camera so I could see the problem was resoved . Very honest and dependeble The other company I used , felt like a bait and switch. "Oh my gosh your house will burn down if you dont let use do this" He is my guy from now on, he even told me how to fix, reduce the problem going forward. Great company! Honest and fair - no BS - which is what I look for in a contractor

We are going to call him again to clean out the vents in our heating and cooling system because he was really good. I thought he was excellent, professional and thorough. He explained everything and was really good. The price was excellent and I will use him again in the future.
