Great overall experience. They were on time and carefull not to be messy. They did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves. They answered my questions and were very polite.

The serviceman was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He covered all the furniture with cloths before he began and left the room as clean as he found it. I was impressed with the service and will definitely hire this company in the future.

They swept my chimney from inside the house. The two men were professional, did a visual check of the chimney flu, and cleaned up well.

(We used an Angie's List coupon for this service, so I felt it was unfair to rate the price for this service.) The gentlemen arrived and handed me a card as they walked in the door. I appreciated that as it verified who they were. They came in and laid down a drop cloth and placed their equipment on that instead of the carpet. After they cleaned the chimney, they called me in to explain the condition our chimney was in, showed me the video from the camera as it was up our chimney, and told me that it was safe to burn a fire in our fireplace. Then they packed up, gave me a receipt, and left. They left everything clean and and were very friendly.

Very professional company from start to finish. Called right away about the appointment time, and called every step along the way up to the time the work was done. They were very quick and efficient with the cleaning and inspection itself. Gave us good advice on the frequency of future cleanings. We use this fireplace quite often in the winter months and feel much better knowing that it is safe and clean to use.

He was on time and fit us in on a Sunday. He was quick and efficient but he kept leaning his tools up against our furnature even after we asked him not to. Otherwise, we were happy with the service we recieved.

They did a good job cleaning a very dirty chimney, scraping off accumulated soot from the masonry. The camera work revealed some small mortar work that needs to be done.

I made the call to schedule my appointment. Unfortunately, he is unable to do my chimney because it has a stove inside and because he only sweeps from the bottom to the top. I have found another company and received a refund for the deal. He was very nice.

We purchased a chimney sweep through the Angie's list deal offer. They called prior to coming and were right on time. They were very professional and answered all the questions that I had. They were extremely clean, and we were very satisfied with the service provided. We will definitely use them in the future.

Almost immediately after I purchased the Angie's List deal, he called to see if we could schedule an appointment. We set a Sunday morning date since I work out of town during the week, and he called later to confirm the time. When he got tied up on an earlier appointment, he called to make sure the time change would be no problem. When he arrived, he was careful to protect the surroundings of the hearth, even though the house was undergoing extensive renovation and the mess would have been no problem at all. He worked quickly and efficiently to clean everything and then did his inspection using his video camera. When problems would discovered in the flue liner (these could have been fatal, had someone been living in the house), he brought me in to see the issues and discuss the best way to fix them. He did not at any time try to sell me his services to fix anything, and in fact was careful to point out that others would be better able to help us make the repairs. Overall, a very pleasant experience other than the fact that he informed me I was going to have to spend hundreds of dollars to fix the damage. He was in and out in less than two hours, and left barely a trace that he was there.

They arrived promptly. They protected our carpet and left the house as clean as when they arrived. I had requested that they cap the chimney while they were there. I was shown the areas that might cause problems if we were to put a cap on the top of the chimney. I requested an estimate for repair and capping of the chimney and found the estimate very reasonable. We will be calling them to perform that service.

Made an appointment to have two chimneys cleaned in a rental property. When I found out that they didn't remove critters if found in the chimney, I had to cancel. They were very cooperative, and told me to re-schedule after I checked and removed any critters. Well, it turned out that I did have a raccoon in one of the chimneys, and it took the company I hired a few weeks to catch it. Even though it took a while, Professional Chimney were understanding and we re-scheduled the cleaning. According to my tenant, they arrived on time, were very professional and neat.

Purchased Angies list deal. Gary showed up on time and performed work as described. Tarps were laid out to prevent the living room from getting dirty.

They arrived promptly, took care to keep the carpet and house clean during the process and even gave me a tip on how to perform a simple sealing on a cracked brick in the fireplace that would otherwise cost me $90 to have done. I'm very pleased with their work and will be calling them for my next sweep.

I bought the Angie's List Big Deal for a Sweep and Inspection. He was prompt, did a thorough sweep and camera inspection of one of the chimney for one of our fireplaces. I asked him to look at the firebox of our other fireplace, and the chimney in the attic for estimates of needed repairs. He was professional, did a great job, and made sure the soot from the cleaning didn't get tracked into the room. Definitely recommended.

They we courteous and professional. They did a great job and when they did they video inspection they showed me everything on the camera. They discussed the damper which we had already known was a problem and gave us an estimate to repair it. I did not hesitate to hire them to come back and do that work as well.

Both gentleman were friendly they were very careful when working and cleaned up when they were finished. After installing the damper they instructed me on its use. This is the second time I have had them work on our chimney and wouldn't hesitate to hire them in the future.

Purchased Big Deal through Angie's List. I made an appointment for the workm, but changed my mind because I didn't need the work done anymore. I would use them again in the future.

We purchased our home in April and wanted to have our chimneys (2) cleaned and checked before we built a fire. Garey came to our home, cleaned the chimneys and used a camera to check for problems. He found some issues in both the basement and living room chimneys and we scheduled for him to come back and repair the living room chimney. We decided to wait to repair the basement chimney as we will not be using that one often. Gary repaired the living room chimney and we now feel confident we can have a fire in the fireplace safely. He and his assistant were very friendly and professional. They did an exceptional job and cleaned up after themselves so well you wouldn't know any work had been done.

The guys were here on time and were set up and ready to go in just a few minutes. They did the sweep and inspection, showing me gthe results via video/scope. My fireplace doesnt have a flue but is on my sun porch so not necessarily needed. Also don't have a cap, just a screen to keep the critters out. They mentioned both things but said that neither was an issue. Being on the unheated porch, I wouldn't have to worry about drafts from the missing flue and, as far as the cap was concerned, they told me to just keep an eye on it to make sure that water wasn't getting in. Gave me a ballpark for what a cap would cost if I decided I needed it down the line. They never tried to upsell me (which as a single woman and first time homeowner happens more often than I care to admit), were quick and clean, and I was really happy with the service overall.

Service was great. After cleaning the chimney there was some minor work that had to be done so we had then do that work also. Timely and curtious.
