The service didn’t go quite as well as I wanted it to. The technician that they sent out just had surgery recently; he did mention that the unit that blocks animals and debris from going down the chimney was crooked, but he did not want to go on the roof due to his surgery. Otherwise, the technician was prompt and cleaned up really well, I just think they should’ve sent a different technician to complete this job fully.

I was satisfied with the service overall. The chimney sweep I usually use vacuums out my cleanout, which these guys did not have the equipment to do. I am glad to have the inspection with the camera done, as the other guys don't do that.

Professional Chimney & Air Duct Service, Inc conctacted me to schedule the appointment and were able to come on the day I requested. They arrived on time, were very professional, and completed the service very quickly. They explained the process, showed me the video of the cleaned chimney, and made some suggestions for a chimney cap. They left the living room cleaner than when they arrived. Overall good experience. The entire experience was great. The time between calling and when the service was done was very reasonable. Gary was on time, pleasant and professional and the clean up was fantastic - for such a dirty job, nothing was left for me to clean. Will definitely use them again.

Gary did a thorough job with cleaning and inspecting the chimneys. Camera inspection revealed a cracked flue tile. He came back and replaced tile as well as install chimney cap.

After the inspection and a good cleaning, I made further arrangements for a chimney cap to be installed in order to protect the chimney from animal intrusion. the job was fast and clean. The chimneysweep put down a protective cover to contain the ashes and was done quickly. I have a greater peace of mind knowing the chimney is ready for some great fires this winter.

Took advantage of the $69 chimney sweep deal. It was pretty straightforward. We set an appointment within 2 weeks, they called ahead to confirm, showed up on time, used a tarp to protect the carpet, and performed the service. They only do chimney sweeping, no additional services such as chimney repair, which I asked about. No complaints.

well done, could have easily 'upsold" us as it was very dirty (we just moved in to new, older home) but gave us many options to deal with creosote buildup. Fast, professional and will for sure use them again, used coupon ($69) for the sweep and another $60 for video inspection, a good deal in my estimation. only negative was he was so busy it took a while to get him out here, but was worth the wait

Professional Chimney & air Duct Service came to inspect and cleaned out chimney. We hadn't had out chimney cleaned for years. They were very through and friendly. They covered the furniture and floor to protect it from ashes and soot. I usually watch when people are in my house to learn what they are doing. They explained everything. They put a camera up the chimney to check for cracks and additional potential problems. I saw what the inside of a chimney looks like! They said that after the winter was over I should have them come out and inspect it again and they would charge a small fee. They also suggested burning a creasote log to remove any additional gunk (I can't remember their exact words!) that was stuck and that their equipment couldn't reach. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!
