Gary was able to schedule the job promptly. He was on time, and completed the job professionally. He has been in business 18 years. I will definitely use his services again.

The gentleman came out to inspect my gas fireplace. As it turned out I don't have the type of chimney that required cleaning. He told us all we had to do is to clean the insert area and things would be ready to go. He didn't even charge me for the call. I found that to be a refreshing surprise in this day and age.

Work was completed on time as promised.

His service was fine. Unfortunately he discovered deterioration of the chimney lining and recommended I not use the fireplace. He suggested a chimney liner be installed but he did not offer this service and also could not provide a video of the deterioration he saw so I would have had to have someone else do the same service to quote a liner! Needless to say I have not sone so & so now have an unuseable fireplace.

It was great. They came out within two weeks and it was just was I was asking for. There were no extra charges. It was really nice. They were really friendly and very professional. We established a good reports. He told me I didn't use the fireplace very often, so he didn't need to come back. Maybe once every five years at that rate. He was very honest and very clean, neat and tidy.

Answered phone when I called. very knowledgable. Was able to do appointment next day. Was on time for appointment, introduced himself and was very polite. He made sure the floors were covered with mulitiple tarps and plastic. Did a thorough job cleaning everything then showed me the camera inspection of chimney from the flue on up to the cap as he was doing it on the TV. Cleaned up quick and easy, he double checked to make sure there was no mess. Definitely recommend using him for any job related to a chimney. Seemed very knowledgable about the process of installing, maintaining and repairing chimnies and fireplaces.

They were clean. They had a tarp and they had a [2:13] sweep up anything. They put things on their shoes as well.

Gary cleaned chimney and inspected with camera. I was shown worn areas that were not yet ready for repair but to keep an eye on. I admire any service provider that will give me a heads up instead of instantly attacking my bank account. Gary also gave me a very reasonable estimate on mortaring the chimney. I will be hiring him at a later date. Gary is now"The Chimney Guy" . If I need advice in this area, Gary will be my first call.

They did great. They showed up when they said they would, let me see the monitor when the camera-ed my chimney and they pointed out what they thought needed to be done in the next few years but didn't try to push me or use scare tactics or upsell me. They said it would be fine for now with a cleaning.

He got me in right away, which was nice because with other companies I had to wait almost a month. He came in at the appropriate time and got the job done. He also told us about some minor repairs that needed done before we used the chimney that we could do ourselves, which was helpful. The only negative

It was a little difficult to set up the appointment, but after that everything was great. I would use this provider again next time.

They came on time and cleaned up very well afterwards and there wasn't any dirt floating around in the house during the cleaning of the chimney. They were quiet they did not talk much but they came in and got the work done and they did a nice job

He only did part of the service. He couldn't get up on the roof to do some other things because there was still snow on the roof. I'm waiting for him to call and get back to me because he can get on the roof now. He really didn't do much because he wants to put a camera down my chimney from the roof to see what else needs to be done. He showed up on time, seemed to know what he was doing, and did not leave a mess. He rearranged the logs in the firebox, but as far as any work that wasn't really done yet.
