He was right on time, The price only included a chimney sweep, to get the camera would have cost more money.

Showed up on time, cleaned chimney and did a camera inspection. Reported a couple cracks 10' up but said few was in good conditions. He recommended treating the chimney with a water repellant and we are considering it.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went very well. I was not there when they came, but they used their camera to look up the chimney and they did find a problem. They could not fix it themselves and they did not try to do something they could not do. They gave us some recommendations on how to get it fixed. My husband said they were prompt and did what they said they would do.

It went very well. I rated company as a B on responsivness because we did play phone tag for a bit, but he did return calls. I purchased an Angie's list deal making the cleaning only $69.00. Gary came with another gentleman right on time. They came in, put down lots of plastic on the floor and surrounding furniture. They were done in 30-45 minutes and left the house looking great (they even took their shoes off every time they went in and out of the house). Very polite, gave us a price (which we think is very reasonable) for a cap to keep critters from making their way into our Chimney. I would recommend them again and will be saving their card for next years cleaning.

He found a build up of creosote and gave me a name of a product that will remove it.

He had to come back and do a thorough scraping but that was the point of having the check because it was a newly purchased home. I don't know when the last time it had been done so I did end up purchasing more services. They did the service, they cleaned up and didn't leave the mess. There was no complaints. The people were courteous and professional. Their pricing was competitive.

He was punctual and professional. He was going to do the chimney, but he was kind enough to see that it was a workable chimney. Once he found out it wasn't workable, that was it.

I was able to talk to the vendor on the day I called, and receive an appointment for the same week,. He advised me that there was optional fee of $50, to use a camera to see the condition of the inside of the chimney.. He was prompt (actually 15 mins early), and courteous. He covered the furnishings around the chimney and proceed to do his work. He did a thorough job. He informed me that I would need some extra work and gave me an estimate to which he said that I am under not obligation to accept. When he returne to look at the chimney, from outside, he determined that the work was more extensive, told me what I needed to do before he could finish the work. I was very pleased with his service and demeanor. I highly recommend him.
