Gary was very prompt in responding to our initial request. He scheduled a time and arrived early. Gary did an excellent job with the cleaning. Would definitely recommend to others!!

2 man crew arrived on time and worked diligently. One worked from the bottom up and the other from the top down. Because they were so thorough, they were here longer than expected, which was a very good thing. I'm confident they did an outstanding job. They were very conscientious about cleanliness and I didn't notice any dirt or soot left behind. When the work was done, they ran a video camera up through the entire chimney and I was able to view its condition on a large monitor. They assured me everything in my old 1930 chimney looked great. They didn't try to scare me into buying unnecessary work or maintenance. Very professional. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

The only review of this guy I can give is of his lack of professionalism, which makes it ironic he chose Professional Chimney for his company. He came out and gave a free quote rather quickly and at a reasonable price which was great. But then tells me he won't work when it's really hot. Hello, it's summer and you are doing roof work which is done in the summer. So the first date we set to do the tuck point on my two chimneys, he cancelled and then never called back to tell me when he could reschedule. Every time I called I got his voicemail, left messages, and never got called back. So needless to say the work never got done. Don't waste your time with this guy.

Great service. He was able to come on a Saturday. He arrived on time and meticulously covered all areas near the fireplace in large tarps to protect our carpet and furniture. Once finished, he walked us through the chimney with his camera and gave us useful information on using the fireplace and the general health/maintenance of the chimney.

It went pretty good. We paid more than the Big Deal price because we asked them to do something that was not in the deal. We paid $40 extra. There were 2 people who came out and it took about an hour. The workers did great. They didn't leave a lot of mess. With a chimney sweep you would expect a lot of dust and soot but they did a really good job not leaving any traces behind after they were done.

From my first call through the whole service visit, Gary was OUTSTANDING. When I first called Gary to make an appointment, he was so nice and helpful. He was willing to work around my schedule and came out on a Saturday morning. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He was fair and very awesome to work with. Turns out my damper wasn't broken. I learned that for the past 14 years I was operating my damper incorrectly causing the plate to come dislodged. Gary spent time with me and ensured I learned the right technique. He noticed my gas logs were not set up properly so he took care of that too. His honesty and patience was great. I'll admit it took me awhile to figure out what I was doing. Anyway, for any future fireplace need, I will call Gary. You can trust him and he's just a pleasure in general. I'm so appreciative of his great and prompt service. Don't hesitate to call him. It's so refreshing to meet someone who really takes care of the customer in a sincere and professional way.

It went very well. They gave me suggestions on how to improve my air flow and how to prevent smoke from billowing out of my chimney. Very professional, personable and prompt.

Overall the men were able to do the job, thought the equipment and professionalism were wanting. I have recently inspected the fireplace myself and found two large cracks in the firebox base that were not pointed out to me when the men cleaned and cleared the fireplace for service. They indicated that it was in good shape. We now realize that we must replace this whole unit possibly.

The camera view of the flue was hard to determine what the condition was relative to creosote. build. My eyeball view was just as good if not better. Camera needs updated.

Gary is SO professional, CLEAN, showed me everything he was doing, answered all of my questions, and spent extra time showing me how to open and close the flue! I need work done to the gas line and he even helped me with who to call! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They were extremely punctual, and actually called this morning to see if they would be able to come over a little earlier than originally expected, since they finished a previous appointment earlier than they had anticipated. They performed the chimney cleaning and inspection, and were extremely professional and courteous. I'm more than happy to not only hire them again, but also to recommend them to family and friends!

Very professional, Laid tarps out on carpet, removed shoes, very careful with their equipment. Provided information on type of chimney I have, recommended that chimney be covered with mesh which he does not do. Very honest, pleasant, will definitely use again.

The service went well. The men were on time, did exactly what they said they would do, cleaned 2 fireplaces, used video camera to visually inspect both chimneys and caps. Reported to me along the way of their progress. They were courteous, careful, and cleaned up well.

He was very responsive and professional. He inspected my chimney but was not able to repair or replace the damper, so my fireplace is still not usable and I have to call a separate chimney repair company to come out and address the damper issue.

Well done cleaning, fast, punctual, and recommended minor mortar repair which he completed and it looks great. Great advice offered also.
