They had a little technical difficulty with their equipment when trying to do the scope (camera) of the chimney's physical condition. But I had some of the materials they needed on hand, and we collaborated to get the job done. This was not a problem in any way. Because I bought they chimney sweep service, they discounted the cost of the camera inspection My only concern was that they did not do a timely phone follow up when I bought the offering on-line. Tthe ad said they would call within 24 hours and they did not. I had to intiate contact with them (about 2-3 weeks after I bought the offer) to get the work scheduled. They are a "dog friendly" work crew

Excellent job! Arrived right on time and efficiently did the work. When finished, everything was clean.

I was very satisfied. They had me take a look with their flashlight at the "loose" brick which was not really loose.

!!Gary did an excellent job-I had bought a $77 Group-On for a fireplace sweep without reading the details which said this was not for woodburning stoves since those take quite a bit more work to clean but he said he would come out and just charge the difference which he didn't have to do as I clearly missed the written details of the group on so he came out and cleaned the stove and just charged an additional $40 which was a great deal especially since it was very dirty. Since I had just moved into the house I really didn't know how the stove worked and he took the time to show me which he didn't have to do. I will recommend him and use him myself in the future

I was very impressed with the response to my call and the punctuality of the provider. There was an additional charge for the camera which was not mentioned on Ahgie's List that brought it back to the full price. The provider was gracious enough to accept my $20.00 coupon so I paid an additional $30.00 which was worth it, since my furnace had never been cleaned. I would definitely recommend this provider .

Very professional and courteous service! It was easy to book an appointment for my cleaning; they arrived punctually and did their jobs efficiently. Took care to keep the area they were working in clean. After they were done cleaning, we mentioned to them that there was a recent leak in our chimney, and Gary went out to look at the chimney. He offered us some suggestions for repair, which he presented in a written estimate. All in all, an excellent job.

I purchased the deal Professional Chimney & Air Duct Service, Inc. was offering to inspect and clean a fireplace/chimney. We recently moved into our home and hadn't had them inspected or cleaned. They contacted me quickly and were able to schedule the appt. quickly. They came in and got the job done in a timely and professional manner. Previously we could smell the ashes from the fireplace when the wind blew. The smell is gone after they cleaned the fireplace. Also have piece of mind that the chimney is intact and safe to operate after the video inspection.

On time, explained the process and were careful not to create a mess.

We had one of our 2 chimneys cleaned by Professional Chimney in the summer. They were unable to complete the second one due to birds in the chimney and said they could finish in the fall after the birds left. I bought the Big Deal with this intention. When I recently contacted Professional Chimney to complete the second chimney, they said they could not do it because that chimney had an insert and I should return the Big Deal.

Called and set up an appointment for a week later. They called the night before to make certain, everything was still on. Arrived at 8:50AM for the 9AM appointment. Cleaned the fireplace, informed me that after inspection with video camera, all was well with my chimney and it was safe to burn firewood.

Mr. Crispin got filthy but din't get a speck of soot or mess on anything in our home. He was on time. Did an amazing clean up job. Was nice and educated me on how to care for the chimney. He even gave me some recommendations to try and avoid a more costly procedure. I would surely hire him again!

These folks are A1 professionals. They contacted me quickly and set up the appointment. On the appointment date they showed up 10 minutes early and got to work quickly, and did an excellent job of cleaning the flue and firebox. When they finished, I had to check out the address on the house to make sure it was the right fireplace :-)! I will use them every time I'll need the fireplace cleaned.

Everything went really good. The response time from our original call was great. He took every precaution to cover everything before he started the cleaning. The shop vac was going so it could catch all the dirty particles while the fireplace was being cleaned. He looked at the chimney walls with the camera and noted on paper all that he saw up there. He suggested a few products to help keep the creosote off the walls. We have had many other chimney cleaning companies throughout the years, but none were so thorough and concerned about the cleanliness of the whole process like Professional Chimney & Air Duct Service, Inc. The next time we need our fireplace cleaned, I will call Professional Chimney again. It doesn't get any better than the work he did. We give him an A+

Garry did a great job all around. His assessment of the situation was consistent with that of the home inspector. Not to mention, Garry came out on a Sunday during a Browns game just to give me a qoute. I was in a time crunch as I needed the chimney work completed before I can have my roof replaced. Garry was able to come out within a week of calling and made special arrangements, coming out two days, to accomodate my work schedule. He was also able to accomodate me despite the fact that the water was shut off to the home, bringing in his own water to get the job completed within the tigh timeframe.
