There were no issues in scheduling. The Big Deal covered everything. They said that everything was fine after they checked for cracks. Their quality of service was very good. They actually came early.

I called and scheduled a time for him to perform the service, he arrived and did a great job.

They arrived on time, called the day before to remind me. Covered things so they wouldn't get dirty, cleaned upstairs and downstairs fireplaces and did so in a timely manner. Very courteous and professional.

First time use of fireplace as woodburner after 10 years on gas. Didn't really need to be cleaned, but wanted someone to check it out. Had a video inspection at what was a reasonable, albeit still expensive, rate. They did a very good job and we were pleased with the overall service and the overall cost.

Great folks did a nice job but did not really control the dust from the cleaning need to better control the dust and not let it in the house.

They did a great job. I would use them again.

It went well. I have no complaints. I used him the year before as well. I didn't recognize him until he walked in my house. He came out about a month ago and I wasn't charged anything extra. He cleaned my chimney. H used brushes and brushed it out and recommended that I throw something in the fire to cut down on the soot. So those were good. He was responsive and I gave hi ma good tip.

It went great. We've recently moved and this is the first time we've used a chimney cleaner; we didn't know what to expect ~ Dick Van D***'s movie character popped into my head! Before coming in he introduced himself and showed an ID. Once inside he set up shop: got his tools out and set down a tarp to collect all the soot. After he was done, he showed us the inside of the chimney (and that there were no cracks) and cleaned up. He also showed us how to open the damper correctly. He was in & out of there in less than an hour.

It was fast and easy. They were great.

Long story short, the house was purchased 5 years ago and this fireplace (which is in the basement) has not been used since the house was purchased. We have no idea if the prior owners ever used the fireplace. Gary (and his helper) were unable to get the flu opened, therefore he was unable to do the cleaning and inspection.

They came right on time and performed the service as promised. They found that the firebox had pulled away from the wall of the house, and were able to show me on their video. I was impressed with the service and plan on using them again.

He did a great job of cleaning and inspecting the chimney. Answered all my questions, gave me a great advice and left the place spotless. I have already recommended him to several of my friends and family.

They arrived promptly and went right to work cleaning the chimney. They suggested some other work for my chimney but were not at all pushy. He just wrote up an estimate and told me to call if interested or had questions. Very polite and professional.

Ordered service 11/3 expected contact from contractor to confirm requested service date of 11/8. Made follow up call to contractor on 11/7 after not being contacted, contractor advised not aware of my purchase, busy time of season unsure of when could schedule was to call me back that afternoon. Did not receive call til the evening, had already cancelled, still not sure of when service could be performed.

We bought an older house tat was not taken care of so we called in the chimney sweep before using the fireplace. While they were a little later tan originally planned, they called the night before to let me know. We bough the deal for the chimney sweep and they added the camera scope for a small additional charge. Very nice, professional and left no mess.

They showed me on the video camera attached to the inspection device where some mortar had come off, and repaired it. I used their service in November 2012, but forgot to write a review. I was happy with their service.

It went great. From my first contact with Gary, who got back to me promptly after my purchasing this voucher, until he actually came to my home, everything was handled in a very professional and courteous way. Gary called personally to set up the appointment and was able to come to my house on a Saturday morning which worked out well for me since I work downtown M-F and a weekday appointment is always difficult to schedule and keep. He was very amiable and respectful of my time and he stayed in contact to reconfirm that he was coming out at the scheduled time by lastly calling the evening before our appointment and on the day he was expected, he showed up about 20 minutes early which was a nice surprise. He and his crew were polite and friendly, keeping me informed of what they were doing and even though I only bought the chimney sweeping service for one chimney, he did a quick check of both chimneys from the ground and let me know that he thought I should have something checked out on the chimney that he was not even working on that particular morning. His work was thorough and he worked diligently to keep my home clean by laying tarps and keeping his equipment away from furniture and carpeting where he was able. When he finished the job, he thoroughly explained everything he did and gave me a couple of helpful hints for the operation of this fireplace since I had just purchased this home over the summer, this would be the first winter I would be using the fireplace. I would and will definitely be calling Gary again when I am ready to have my second chimney cleaned and also when I am ready to have further inspections done on both chimneys. I was extremely happy with Professional Chimney and recommend them highly.

The cleaning & video inspection went well. Gary & another worker were at the house for a little over a half hour. Our fireplace is a gas log fireplace that has never had wood burned in it so they did not take as long to clean it as a wood burning fireplace. My primary reason for hiring them was for the video inspection. We had some critters (birds, we think) in the chimney over the summer and we wanted to make sure that there were no blockages in the chimney. The video inspection showed no obstructions or masonry issues. I asked about getting a cap for the top of the chimney, and Gary told me he could install a lifetime stainless steel cap at a separate time for $130. I advised him that I wanted this done & he said he could do this job without anyone being home and that he would let me know when he can get back out to do this work. They were very good about keeping the area where they were working clean & they were great with my dogs. I think my job was pretty easy for them because of the gas log fireplace. They probably spend more time at homes that have wood burning fireplaces. I would recommend them to others that need this type of work done.
