The whole cleaning service went very well - I bought the service with a Groupon, so the total cost was only $77.00. They covered the walkway to the fireplace, as well as the carpeting in front of the fireplace, and proceeded to clean. They were on time, and did not disrupt anything in the house. Very friendly, very good - would definitely recommend.

They came out when they were supposed to and did a good job and they charged a fair price.

Great. Guy gave recommendation for further repairs, inspection went well. Was a bit late, but that's contractor work. I didn't have any work done other than the inspection. Oh, and they found some weird stuff in my chimney.

Reliable guy, promptly responds, professional manner. Showed up sharp on time, as promised. Could not do the job in lack of an insert pull device. Gave us his recommendations and said a refund would be arranged. Waiting for the refund.

He also showed me how to use my chimney, plus open and close the flue. It was great.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. He was in and out of here very quickly and I had a feeling we were number 7 of 10 that he was doing. He came in, did his thing and took off. The service was fine and he did what we asked him to do. He gave us some feedback since we have some loose bricks up there. I did not have a problem with that and he showed us the results of the camera inspection. It was a fair price and was here when he said he would be. He was professional.

Everything went smoothly. Tarps were laid down to protect the carpeting and furniture near the chimney. The chimney had not been cleaned for five or more years and was very dirty. Gary did a thorough job of cleaning the chimney and reported on the condition following a camera inspection. The $50 cost of the camera inspection was worth the price for providing peace of mind that everything was okay.

Gary responded within hours of initial contact via Angie's list, and we were able to schedule a service call within 48 hours. Gary was easily contacted via phone, and communication was great. He had an unexpected cancellation on the day of our service, and politely asked whether he could come earlier than originally scheduled, which was completely fine. He and his colleague were very tidy with such messy business, laying down tarp to protect rug, furniture, et al. They thoroughly cleaned chimney as promised. For me, what sets Gary well above others and would certainly earn my recommendation was his willingness to go above and beyond. Gary did a camera check to make sure the screen at the the chimney top wasn't causing any blockage, doing so because he wanted to be certain it was safe. That went above the original scope of work. Moreover, Gary explained all the functioning of the fireplace, which was great for my fiancee and I, who had only just moved into the home. Very nice guy and very thorough. Highly recommended.

They came and cleaned and inspected the fireplace. They seemed to do a great job of cleaning it as we have used it and had no issues. They mentioned that it would need the same maintenance in the spring that the home inspector mentioned in our home inspection prior to buying. He found a small defect and repaired it for no charge and let us know what to look for in the future to avoid another issue. Went very well.
