Professional Chimney Services did everything as advertised. They inspected our chimney and flue and cleaned the area thoroughly. Gary Crispin, who did our cleaning, used tarps to protect our carpet. He was very professional - on time and very complete. He answered all our questions when he was finished. I would recommend Gary and his company with no reservations to anyone in need of similar services.

Gary did a great job. He arrived promptly and covered everything in room with fireplace first as to not make a mess. Gary said everything looked great. It was reassuring to know the chimney was safe and we were good to go, especially the way this winter has gone!

It was a simple process....needed the chimney swept and they did it. But what made them so special is that it came at a time when everyone wanted this done and they were kind enough to squeeze me in. Not only did they do a great job, the place was kept clean and neat just like before they came.

There were a couple of cracks that showed up that needed to be addressed. They managed to get an incredible amount of crap and crude out of it. It was excellent work. There were no additional charges.

Our home was new to us, but decades old and had been vacant for several months, so we wanted to be sure the fireplace was safe. Professional Chimney & Air Duct Service communicated well (confirming time via phone the day before), and performed the service we purchased. They explained what they were seeing and doing as they were inspecting the chimney, and we were happy to get a good report from them. They were very neat and clean, using tarps etc. We've been using the fireplace and all is well!

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I don't know what the normal price was. It went fine. He cleaned up after himself. He came on time. He was quiet, neat and tidy. I could have paid extra to have him shoot a camera up there but I didn't. I had a little bit of confusion on how it was being set up through Angie's List. I didn't know that I had to go back through Angie's List to get a response from him. I thought he would call or email me directly to set up the appointment so several weeks went by. I had wanted it sooner. He was responsive and did what he was supposed to do; I just didn't know it. I would use him again but I would check around for a cheaper price.

He was thorough, soft-spoken, friendly, and he cleaned up all debris after he was finished. He gave us advice about what kind of wood to use and what to spray on it to keep creosite from building up. He was knowledgeable and affordable. We would definitely use him again.

They were punctual and professional. They cleaned the chimney and noted something that may need additional work in the future, and quoted me for that work. They also taught me how to use the fireplace properly. They were very nice and helpful.

I purchased this as an Angies List Deal. I called to schedule an appointment but had to leave a message. I was called back later and after a little back and forth on the date of service I was scheduled for the 27th. I later would receive a call asking what date I had scheduled. Not a big deal but their seemed to be some confusion with all the other Angies List deals he was booking. When he came to the house they worked quickly and efficently. He offered for an additonal price to do an inspection with his camera which I did pay for. I was able to view the camera inspection as he did it. No dmamge to the chimney or fire box but there was creosote build up. He suggested I treat it with a cleaning log and spray my wood with the spray that is sold at stores to reduce additional buildup. He said he does do some removals of creosote but they are pricey and not warrented with the small amount of buildup that I had. He cleaned up quickly and was gone in less than an hour.

Gary and one of his employees were very professional. They arrived as scheduled and worked quickly. They took the time to explain their inspection findings to me and the repairs recommended. I highly recommend their services and look forward to working with them in the future.

The men who came cleaned the two chimneys in my rental property, they were friendly,information and the process was fast and clean. They cleaned everything in an hour and didn't leave a mess. I'd recommend them to anyone.
