Professional Chimney & Air Duct Service, Inc. did a good job. It was great. They did the job that I wanted them to do, left the place clean, answered my questions, and they did what they were supposed to do on a timely basis.

It went really well. They came out originally last Tuesday and then they came back out today because I had them perform some additional services that I didn't purchase with the big deal. I'm going to take a look at that right now and that looks good too. On the day of the big deal, I didn't pay any additional charges. Today their charge was $120 and he repaired some cracks in the firebox. I didn't do a lot of shopping but it seemed affordable.

Gary was on time, very neat by taking off shoes, set up tarps, equipment etc to area clean, took his time to do a very good cleaning, answer questions, showed attention.

It went well. They came out shortly after I purchased the deal. They were very nice and were able to explain what was going on and gave us some advice about what we could do in the Spring to help keep our chimney fully functioning. They helped me understand what was going on with the chimney and they let me know everything was fine. We spent about $50 extra for them to inspect it.

Gary gave me a lot of time on the phone, was very courteous and helpful. He explained to me that the video service he provides would not likely demonstrate why my ceiling has a leak. He was willing to come anyway but wanted to make sure I received proper value for my need. He is very professional and I would not hesitate to use him in the future.

That turned out wonderful. He was really good. He explained so much to me and let me know about things in regards to how our gas fireplace was set up. He also let me know what I could do to make the heat more efficient. He took more time with me than what was probably necessary. He also wore slippers and he cleaned up well too before he left. I even took his card and I will definitely be calling him back. Scheduling went well and he was able to come out for me on a Sunday. He was also polite and right on time. I wished Angie?s List would let me give him an A+.

Prompt, courteous & did thorough job

That turned out well. He came out and cleaned the chimney. He did find some issues with the chimney that he could not complete, because they did not do that type of work. There were some gaps where water and moisture could come in. Two technicians came out and it took them about an hour. They were very thorough and they took care of their clean up too. I did pay a little extra to have him also do a camera scope inspection. Had they not done the camera scope inspection, I would have know about those other issues. Due to that information I still cannot light a fire in my chimney.

Great job. Very friendly. Took time to walkme through what they were doing and some tips for my fireplace. I will have them out again.

Went fine. Some litter and dust was left in the room after the cleaners finished, but it wasn't excessive.

Contractor arrived on time but was not able to access chimney due to newly-installed fireplace insert. He would have dis-assembled the insert if we had asked but we chose not to do so. We were satisfied with his explanation.

We moved into a new house and wanted to have the chimney inspected before using the fireplace for the first time. We had used an Angie's List Big Deal to have this company clean the chimney at the house we were selling and they did a good job, so we asked them to do this job as well. They arrived on time (the owner and a helper) and got to work promptly. They put down tarps to protect the rug and furniture around the fireplace. Cleaned it thoroughly with brushes and a shop vac. Ran a camera up to the top of the chimney looking for loose mortar, cracks or other areas of concern. All he found was an area at the top of the chimney that needs mortar, but nothing to prevent us from using the fireplace.

The service turned out well. They were very responsive in coming to meet my needs before the holiday.

I have a fireplace chimney insert and the provider was unable to service this due to the fact they have to take all of the pipes out. I have chosen to seek a refund from Angie’s List.

He was very professional. called the night before to comfirm appointment. was on time. there was no mess at all for me to clean up he even took what he got out of the chimney with him would definately use this service again i had priced it out last year and most were asking 100-125 for the same job
