He was on time and tidy. Found some minor issues and was upfront on how urgent they were (they are not but we will take care of them anyway). Very pleased.

It was a good experience, and everything went well. The gentleman was very cordial and friendly, did a thorough cleaning, and did a great job at keeping the area clean while he worked. He even wore booties when inside the house.

They did a good job and gave good advice on getting another fireplace fixed up.

The cost wasn't very much because all they did was an inspection of two fireplaces. They did a camera inspection and cleaned all the logs and rearranged them because they were organized wrong as well as burning wrong. They do responded immediately. They were very professional. They walked us through everything that they were doing. They brought the video camera and showed us an issue that was going on with one of the chimneys. They explained how a log should be laid out and taken care of. They were very professional and thorough. We called a couple of place but these were having one of the best price.

The gentleman who came in to do the work was clean and courteous. Took him for his word, he cleaned and inspected it. I mean, can't really tell how good of a job he did cause it's a chimney.

The floor and carpet surrounding the fireplace were covered with heavy tarp and all work and cleanup were done neatly and efficiently. I would definitely hire this company again.

They did the job to my satisfaction. I didn't crawl up there to see how they did. They were timely. Their professionalism was average.

Excellent service! On time, very professional, did everything I needed. I originally purchased just the cleaning, but asked on the phone about repairing our chimney cap as birds had moved into our chimney last summer and I did not want it to happen again. I upgraded to the video camera inspection and am glad I did. We had a cracked tile at the top I did not know about, but more importantly, there was NO cap on our chimney. The one we could see was for our furnace. No wonder we had issues with rain and birds. I went ahead and purchase a cap and it was installed then and there. He finished about an hour before a massive thunderstorm rolled in. No leaking! Very happy with the prices and the service.

This was an Angies List Special. Provider inspected the chimney (this is on top of home, furnace) was told that it had some issues. After doing his clean out he took me onto the roof to review the issue. I needed to have the exposed portion torn down to the roof line and redone. The chimney was cleaned and he cleaned up the area afterwards. Would use again.

Scheduling was quick and easy, the gentleman showed on time, and did a good job while keeping everything clean. The only downside is that the he didn't follow through on installing a new chimney cap even though I tried to contact him twice on the issue.

I called to get a price on a leaking chimney, tuck pointing and cracked bricks and he said the job was too big for him.

We signed up for a special deal. It turned out we were not qualified because of our fireplace insert.

Gary and his crew were excellent. They arrived on time, performed the work efficiently, and didn't leave a trace of mess when they were finished. While cleaning the chimney, Gary noticed some broken tiles and other issues in my chimney that needed to be repaired. He took the time to explain to me - in layperson's terms - what the problem was and why it needed to be fixed. Gary's evaluation of the damage in the chimney was far more detailed and reasonably priced than any other company that has looked at it in the past, so I have engaged his company again to perform these additional repairs.

They were great - they did a good job.

Everything turned out well. The company was very straight-forward, the scheduling was easy, and the job was done reasonably well. The only issue was that the technician could have done a better job of cleaning up after finishing the work.

They were prompt and efficient. Made a recommendation to contact a plumber to replace cracked gas pipe.

They came in and did an excellent job keeping the mess contained. The fireplace is in our living room and there was no dust on anything that we could tell when they were done. Used the fireplace all season and it was wonderful. Will certainly use them again.

I was not home but my brother in law was very impressed with his thorough inspection and cleaning that we had a coupon for on Angie's list. He did not try to sell additional services as he did not feel that they were necessary. We will use them again as it is important to keep a wood burning chimney clean and structurally safe. It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did just fine. They were clean and neat when they entered my home and when they left.

All went well up to the point during a visual inspection when provider discovered that our chimney has an insert that he is unable to remove as he does not have the tools needed for the job. Frank and honest professional.

Very professional! Had a 9:00am appointment and he was at my door 5 minutes early. Left the area spotless when finished, I would and plan to use this company again in the future and would recommend him to anyone that wants a good job completed at a good price.
