Went good he covered area around fireplaces, when done everything was same as before he came. Gary was polite when done made some suggestions for additional things we should do.

They were a bit early. Came in and set up. Did the above and what I felt a chimney sweep should do. Cleaned up after themselves. Unfortunately, they got a small part of the carpet dirty. They offered a discount which I didn't accept because I felt the price I paid was a good deal. If I'd just had the carpet cleaned, I would have accepted probably about $20. It was a good enough job and I really appreciated it. I also felt better about them because of being on Angie's List.

The provided responded to my request within a reasonable time span. We set up an appointment. He arrived a bit early. He was respectful, courteous, and professional. He took great care to not get any dirt from outside in my home. He was very careful about the chimney service, in particular making sure that no chimney dirt/dust came into my home. All in all, I was very pleased with the entire transaction.

The service technician was very prompt and polite. He answered all of our questions and explained the differences in a wood burning fireplace and gas line operated fireplace. He also provided hands on instructions as to how to operated the gas unit and the importance of making sure the damper is opened when operating the unit and closed upon completion of use. We really appreciated his time and patience as our previous homes didn't have a fireplace. Consequently, we were a little nervous about using this one. However, with his explanation of how things operated, we can't wait to use it this winter. Hat's off to Angie's list for our great conection to this business!

Did a great job cleaning the chimney...covered the area with tarps so that the area surrounding the fireplace would not get dirty and cleaned up prior to leaving. He handled himself in a very professional manner and arrived on time. Offered suggestions of what we may like to address in the future but wasn't pushy. I would use this service again.

Provider arrived promptly and used care in the house, covering all surfaces with tarp to avoid dirt.
