Everything went fine. Found creosote build up and suggested options on what to do. They were professional. Kept things clean. Covered floor and wore their booties. Very pet friendly people. Good experience.

They did a fine job with the chimney cleaning. However, they were supposed to come back and do some additional work and they have not done so.

The work was never done. After struggling and waiting to get an initial response, we scheduled a time, which the vendor later canceled due to a family illness. We rescheduled several weeks later and he canceled again claiming to be sick himself. I needed the work done so I went shopping, only to discover that this Angie's List "deal" was not a good price and I booked the work for less money, and that vendor showed up and did excellent work.

Very prompt and professional. He put down tarps and kept everything clean. Everything was explained as it went along. Definitely hire again.

Gary was very thorough - he video inspected all 5 chimneys in our new house as well as the condition of the firebox. He also gave us some recommendations for when our basement fireplace smokes when we light a fire in the living room. Gary will be doing our yearly cleanings for sure!

Overall it went well. He texted me when he was a half hour away. Once they arrived, they got right to work putting down tarps. They only cleaned it from the inside, other chimney sweep I've hired cleaned it from both the inside and outside. His truck was in the shop and wasn't able to haul ladders in his car. They were here for about a half hour, cleaned the flu and chimney and inspected the firebox and brought my attention to some settling that needs attention.

Great service! Would absolutely recommend and plan to use again.

They showed up on time and replaced one flue tile, repaired the crown, repaired the deteriorated bricks, retuck pointed as needed, caulked cracked bricks, and waterproofed the chimney. I didn't want a rebuild or a beautiful chimney that would last 50 yrs, I just wanted something that wouldn't leak for 10 or 20 years. I think I got what I paid for.

As far as the work is concerned I believe they did a good job. They called before they came and they did everything. The only thing that I was concerned about is that we had asked them for a quote for a cap on our chimney. I don't know if they are just really really busy, but they have not gotten back with us and it's been awhile. They did a fine job and they were very nice. It's just that we asked them for the quote for the chimney cap and have not gotten back with us. They were fine. They seem very nice and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and I was very pleased with that because chimney stuff is a mess. They put tarps down and everything and that was good.
