Set up an appointment, Gary called the night before to confirm. He and Pete showed up on time, put tarps over everything, cleaned out our chimney. Then they scoped it and let me see what they saw. Nice guys, did good work, did it quickly and efficiently.

There wasn't anything wrong with the chimney, so I'm happy! Can't wait to have a fire. Thanks for the quick turnaround.

Everything went well. They came when they said they would and they did a very good job.

It was good and they were really nice and they came out and checked everything for us and went up on the roof. They also did a repair patch up on the roof. The cost was reasonable and we did not have any issues. The sent one person out to do the job. They got the job done in about 60-90 minutes.

It was fine. The tech was at the home for a couple of hours & he found no issues.

Provider was good about contact, gave us a call the night before reminding us that he was coming and confirming that the time still worked. He showed up on time and we very professional. He worked efficiently but still took the time to be thorough. He gave us information about maintenance schedules for our fireplace and the flu and left everything just as clean as when he arrived.

The service provider was a little late getting back into contact with us after we purchased the Angie's List special. He recommended we do a camera inspection of the chimney since we just bought the home. The chimney inspection was an extra cost but it was a reasonable fee so we went ahead with it. The service provider was professional and courteous during our experience with him. He completed the service and made a couple of recommendations.

They did a good job. They were accommodating to our schedule and were on time. They were professional and neat as well.

Gary did a great job. He arrived when he said he would. He performed a video inspection of my chimney and walked me through all that he saw. He gave me some suggestions on insulation and timing of future cleanings. He thoroughly cleaned up any mess he made and was very polite. I will use him again.

There was smoke coming into the room when I let a fire. It was not going up the chimney properly. The technician came out with a helper for the job. I have an insert fireplace and they tried to pull it out, but they couldn’t figure quite out how to do it correctly. The technician did state that there was an additional charge for the insert. A few days later when I tried to light a fire, smoke started to come into the room again. I had to hire someone else after this job was complete to correct the job.

He came with a Shop Vac and swept out the bottom of the fireplace. He did not scrape the walls or go onto the top of the roof. He charged me an additional $77 on top of the prepaid cost. The services I received were not what I had expected.

It turned out fine. He was punctual and professional. He cleaned up well after and everything went as planned.

On time and knocked out the job as he should. Plus is he didn't dirty house while removing a lot of soot. Oh, and he was vet. Always great to support one of our servicemen.

He was very professional and was very clean and thorough. He was punctual and the price of the service and communication were both good. His price was pleasingly less than others. I would gladly refer his services to others.

Cleaned my chimney, and spotted some bad tiles in the liner. He couldn't fix it, but at least I found out about it before I burned my house down

Great. The crew showed up on time with good communication prior. These guys took care to keep the house clean while cleaning out the chimney. They even educated me on my damper and blower system and pointed out some things that may need attention in the future.

The service was good. I was not home for the work but my wife was pleased.

They completed the work on the inside and they never went onto the roof to complete the job. They left no mess behind. A fireplace door bracket was left off after they had left. It was nothing serious and I was able to easily correct it myself. My experience with them was fine.

Aside from the delays in getting the service scheduled, everything turned out well. The gentleman was very knowledgeable, he explained the work clearly, and he was courteous and friendly. He did a great job with the cleaning, too.

He may have updated his coupon, but it most certainly did not mention anything about excluding inserts or wood burning stoves. He told me over the phone that the coupon should have listed this, but it did not when I purchased it.

There were no additional costs. They were able to complete the job within about forty-five minutes and left no mess behind. Everything was fine.
