Very knowledgeable, experienced, courteous and professional. They thoroughly cleaned and inspected the chimney. They showed me problems on their monitor as the camera was snaked through the flue. They answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves.

He was very responsive and prompt. Came in and cleaned our fireplace chimney in our living room. Did a great job cleaning up and showed us the video camera feed of the chimney stack to show it was in good condition. Pleased with the work and will use him again.

Prompt and courteous, he called about twenty minutes before arriving to let me know he was on the way. They took their shoes off because it was wet outside and they made sure to put tarps down and cleaned everything up very well. He also checked the operation of the gas logs with me afterwards and advised how to operate the flue. Would definitely recommend.

Gary promptly returned my call and come to help us three days later. He is probably the most punctual on time contractor. The weather is somehow unpredictable these days, so he called a few times to make sure that the time will work for both of us. They also handle their job professionally and seriously. Gary even gave me some suggestions and tips about how to use our fireplace (this is our first house, and we had never used a fireplace before). I am very happy with their service and I am sure I will call them the next year for the same service.

Gary was prompt to return my phone call and schedule my appointment for a Sunday morning. He arrived ten minutes early, was professional, neat and thorough. The appointment took about an hour. I watched the view from his camera up my fireplace on his monitor. All work was done from inside the house.

They were professional and informative. Used a camera scope to look up the chimney. Found a lot of issues that we didn't know about. We bought the house about a year ago and our home inspector did not flag these issues - and they should have. This was not a play for them to recommend expensive additional services. In fact, what we needed to repair our problems is something that they do not even do. Had another 2 companies to come in to quote the work that Professional Chimney found, and they were spot on. The issues were real and not overstated.

Gary was very honest and clear with explanations. I have a house from 1941 and the chimney is not in good shape inside. Gary was frank about this (as pieces of clay tile fell) and explained what would need to be done to correctly fix it and a ball-park cost. It is not a service he is able to provide as there is a lot involved and it is costly. Fortunately, the fireplace is setup for gas as well and I am confident of what I need to do to use it without the costly repair thanks to Gary's explanation....I just can't burn wood. He called early and asked if he could show up early which he did. So, very punctual indeed. His helper was nice and polite and they just got the job done efficiently.

Purchased a Big Deal for the above mentioned work. Used them once before, they do a very good job and Gary (the owner) doesn't try to sell me stuff I don't need. I really like them and will use them every year. The only reason I give them a B on quality and price is because the big deal is a little misleading in that it says "chimney sweep and inspection" when it is just a visual inspection and camera inspection is extra. However I knew that going into it and $69 is still a good price just for the cleaning. Gary told me since he camera-ed it 2 yrs ago it probably isn't necessary. Again, that's what I like about him.

Gary was very responsive. I had to cancel once and he followed up with me as requested. He came on time and was professional. I was a little surprised that it wasn't more of a mess. He did a camera inspection and showed me as he went up the walls what I was looking at. Nice guy. Yes, I would recommend him

I was not home when the cleaning took place. However, my wife was and she was very pleased with the service and professionalism. You could not tell if they were there, the clean up is great. We will definitely hire again for next year.

Seems fine. I thought I was getting a complete chimney flue cleaning. When I talked to the owner, I learned the Angie's List package only included a cleaning of the opening of the chimney. If I wanted more, it would cost more. No thank you. What he did was fine. I blame myself for not reading the "small print".

Scheduling was effortless. Arrived on time. Worked efficiently. Did a good job. Cleaned up after themselves. No complaints!
