My experience was great! They were on time for the appointment. They did the job quickly. They cleaned up well after themselves.

Cleaning was good, they kept ash out of the living space. Picked up everything and were very quick and neat. They did not go on roof for outside inspection even though roof was clear and dry. Would use them again in the future.

While the technician arrived late, he called me in advance and informed me of the delay. It all worked out; I did not have to cancel my later appointments as a result of the time adjustment. He put tarps down to collect any dirt from the chimney. He vacuumed the chimney and surrounding area without creating a dusty mess that would potentially settle elsewhere within my home. He was a very professional, personable man. He did the most thorough cleaning job I've ever had done on the chimney. I would highly recommend his company and would hire him again in a heartbeat. I am very pleased with this service.

This was great service- professional and included great clean up. I also used Professional Chimney Service for my parents' chimney when they moved into a new home, and there was an unexpected problem. The guys were up front, honest and helpful. I will use them every year.

Came on time and called before coming

Chimney was cleaned and inspected. They took a lot of precautions to not make a mess, there was not a spec of dirt anywhere. We bought the package where the camera is used to view the chimney and screen and he showed us everything and explained it. I told him we were new at using a fireplace in a house and he give us a lot of tips and pointers.

He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Even though the job was perhaps a bit more involved than I had described, he charged his estimated price.
