There's not much to tell, honestly. He came on time, did a thorough job of cleaning the chimney (it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say the inside looked brand new), was meticulous about keeping the house from getting covered in soot and was extremely friendly to our new dog who, though friendly, is a jumper. I would highly recommend him if you need your chimney cleaned.

Gary's service was great! Prompt, clean, thorough I purchased this as a special thru Angie'sList. I wasn't happy that AL said I could schedule online, but I couldn't.

We used the coupon for one, and while they were there we had them clean a second chimney that is in our sun room for an additional $100. the deal price was really good, however I feel like the cost for the second chimney was a little on the pricey side given the size and the type of chimney. However they were there and we had were already getting a discount on the indoor one. They did a great job on the chimney's. We used the indoor fireplace several times during the winter with no problems. They identified a few items of concern for us to keep in mind over the next year, but they didn't push any additional services on us. They were cordial and very professional. The job before ours fell through and called us to see if they could come earlier, but did not push us into getting the job done earlier. They cleaned up very well, and could not even tell they had been there, aside from a clean chimney (if I were to look up) and fireplace.

He was nice. He explained things to me. He cleaned up after himself. He was good at what he did.

It was useless. Service was not good at all. They did the job and the camera they were using was so old fashioned. The monitor was so bad and the images were not clear. The company does not use appropriate tools or machines. The guy who came over was ill and he was not able to do a quality job. I want this company to be removed from Angie's list because you would be able to recommend them to anyone.

It was very good. They were very friendly. They showed me everything on the camera. They also showed me through the camera that the grates were good and didn’t need to be replaced. They were very conscious on keeping things clean by wearing booties and putting drop mats around the work area. Two technicians came out.

I had called him and he called back, but we kept missing each other. He did finally come out, and he completed the work. He did a reasonably good job cleaning the fireplace. He told me what he found during the inspection.

I had to get a refund due to the type of chimney that I have. They could not do the work. They were professional.

Gary was incredibly professional, courteous and timely. He was able to schedule an appointment with me quickly and was on time, which is always appreciated with service providers. He explained what he was doing well and why certain things he did were important. He also gave me some good tips on how to best care for my fireplace and chimney. His service was also very affordable. I would definitely recommend Gary and his company to anyone that needs their chimney cleaned or inspected.

The service went well and they did a good job. Two technicians came out and completed the job in about a half hour to 45 minutes. They were efficient and left no mess after the job. They were responsive and easy to schedule with.

Excellent job by Professional Chimney. I had some major work done on the outside of the chimney, and wanted to be sure that the inside fireplace was undisturbed by that work, and that fires could still do done safely. The installer assured me, after the video camera inspection, that yes fires were safe to do. I was relieved.

We got him from Angie's list through a deal. Everything went well with that. My wife was here when he did his work. We were satisfied all around. He gave us some ideas about our basement too.

They did a decent job. I was satisfied with it and scheduling was no issue with them. They did what they said they would do which is so hard to find in contractors. I would use them again.

Gary was great. He was on time- he even came out on a Sunday to accommodate our busy schedule, communicated well and did an excellent job cleaning the chimney. He answered any questions that I had and did a camera inspection for an extra $50 - well worth it. He gave us recommendations on how to deal with some creosote buildup that we had and didn't try to sell us any extra, unnecessary services. We will definitely use him for all of our future cleanings!
