They provided a great service and they were very thorough. They show you on a TV screen what exactly is going on inside your chimney. He was very quick at being able to schedule the service for me. I would definitely recommend his service.

The big deal from Professional Chimney Service Inc was for 139 dollars for a chimney sweep and a complete video camera inspection was very good. They were great. They did good work and were clean. It was good. They scheduled and they came out promptly. There were no additional charges on top of 139 dollars. They did exactly what I asked for. It was all good and there were not problems and I could see how they would be able to determine it if there were problems. They did exactly what I asked them to do and what they said that they were going to do. I would give them the highest grade there is.

My husband wasn't happy with them because they tried to up sell us. He didn't choose any of the dates of three that I had given him. He said he couldn't get the creosote off with just the chimney sweep.

He cleaned and inspected the chimney with a camera. Fixed and gave us tips on using the damper. No mess at all. Wife felt comfortable with him here. Will use in the future for sure !

They arrived on time, set-up all necessary tools and drapes to protect our furniture, cleaned the chimney in an efficient manner, inspected the entire chimney, then explained the inspection results thoroughly. I was very pleased with their work.

I purchased a Big Deal and this provider came out to check things out. It turned out that I needed a major repair. They took a camera down the chimney to determine what exactly needed to be done. They showed me everything on the camera so I knew exactly what needed to be done and what needed to be fixed. They advised that I needed a new gas line so I got that done as well. I really trust this provider and I would recommend them to anyone.

We are having water in the basement ash pit and wanted to find the source. They sent a camera up the chimney and we convinced them to sent it up the ashpit as well. Nothing was found and they didn't offer much useful information as to why the chimney ashpit was letting water in.

They were fine. They came out and did what I expected. I wouldn't say that there was anything exceptional. There was nothing non-exceptional. They were pretty general. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount.

Everything went well. The crew showed up timely, did a thorough cleaning, inspected the chimney and provided excellent feedback while pointing out any issues.

Gary was great! Prompt, courteous and honest. Previous to this appointment, he cleaned and inspected the fireplace ($130) which led to discovering the tile work/cap/basked needed. Good worker, highly recommend!

He showed up promptly and started with an inspection of the chimney. Where he noticed that we had a build up of creosote instead of just recommending that he come in and clean off the creosote for +$300 he recommended that we try the creosote build up removers available on the market. That would cost us closer to $30. After that he continued to clean the chimney of all of the soot and inspected the fireplace itself. He left with us feeling great about having a fireplace for the first time and about making sure that it won't burn our house down. He gave us a great feeling of everything working properly.

Gary is very punctual and professional. Does exactly what needs to be done in a timely manner. Cleans up so you don't even know he was there. Found him in the fall on Angie's list when we moved into a 30 yr old home and needed the chimney inspected before use. He educated my husband and I about the fireplace and how to use. He's very honest. He told us we did not need any repairs... The inspection price was very reasonable as well as the cleaning and placement of a chimney cap.

They were courteous in some ways and took the time what they were doing and what was going.

Explained to me what he was seeing through his camera and gave me an overall evaluation of what to keep an eye on for any potential problems in the future.
