Description of Work: Services re not performed as he said he doesn't deal with a wood-burning insert, that he had back trouble and could not handlke moving it out and back into place. SO I could not use the Big Deal. It had not been stated that he didn't do this service for this kind of application He was prompt n answering my call, however.

Description of Work: Service provider protected area, went straight to work, vacuuming and scoping chimney site. He answered any questions we had simply and thoroughly; and quickly completed his work.

Description of Work: Gary showed up on time. He cleaned the chimney and then made a follow up appointment to repair some issues in the chime\ney. On both visits he took great car to clean up after he was done. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to a friend.

Description of Work: gary was very professional. Explained what he was doing to clean the chimney, showed me the condition via tv camera, did a thorough job and cleaned up after himself. He also did some repair on the fireplace and cap. I would hire him again.

Description of Work: I was extremely pleased by Professional Chimney & Air Duct Service. They were very professional, responded promptly and did a thorough cleaning job on an old, very dirty chimney in a classic house. The person who came was polite, explained what he was doing and was extremely neat. I didn't have to move any rugs etc and when he finished there was not a speck of dust or soot anywhere. He also noticed something with the flue that should be fixed at some time but which was not a danger and said he would be happy to repair it at a later date but did not pressure me to do it then. I would recommend this company without any reservations.
