Service went great, the guys were very nice and super fast!

Arrived on time, in fact, they called to see if they could come early, which worked perfectly! Covered a large area of room to protect the carpeting and surrounding furniture. Cleaned the fireplace and inspected the gas logs. Used a camera to inspect the chimney, which was free of obstruction. They recommended performing another camera inspection in a couple years. They cleaned up the surrounding area and were done! Have used them in the past and will definitely use them again.

3rd year I have had them out to clean my chimney. The first time they did a camera inspection too. They always do a good job and are very neat, curteous and professional. ANd they don't try to sell me anything I don't need. Good job guys!

The guys were very professional, on time, if not early. I received multiple call to make an appointment and to confirm the appointment. Kept the area clean in the living room and cleaned up after themselves once done. They checked to make sure there wasn't any creosote built up. I had a question about whether my firewood was pine or not and one of the guys went out and took a look. This is our second year using this company and we have been very pleased with the service.

Great guys, they are on time and efficient. We hired them last year and we will continue to be with them. Highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with this service! We weren't sure how long our chimney had gone without a cleaning and inspection. Gary and his associate came out and were very thorough with the inspection and cleaning process. They were friendly and personable and through conversation we found out that Gary has rescue animals, just like us and were not bothered by our three curious mutts. They made this process seem so easy and effortless, I wish we would have called years ago. We will be using them again in the future. Knowing that the chimney is now in tip top shape and they are animal friendly puts a smile on our face!

Called and asked if it was ok to come 1 hr earlier than my appointment since they completed the prior job early. The 2-man crew were pleasant and professional. Did the work quickly and neatly.

They arrived early, did a good job cleaning and kept everything nearby covered. No mess was left, and they scoped the chimney with a camera to find any issues.

It went fine. The price stayed the same. I can't really look inside the chimney so I don't know how clean or how well it has been done.

Showed up on time. Made sure to cover everything with tarps. Only took about 45 minutes. Showed me the video feed showing a few minor cracks, but nothing major. Took the time to show me how to properly use the damper since I hadn't used this fireplace yet. Overall, would definitely recommend.

Crew was here for a good couple of hours, did a very thorough job as chimney was very dirty. Appreciated the thorough camera inspection, which pointed out many details inside chimney that would otherwise be undetectable. Crew was very honest too about what they could/would and would not fix.

Horrible. Your provider refused to do what he had listed. And I had to fight with Angies list to get my money back
