Description of Work: They clean my house once a month. They are super friendly and communication is great. I don't think the quality of cleaning is that great. I am too lazy to look elsewhere at the moment and the once a month cleaning, although not spectacular, is better than what I have time to do, which is nothing. With two kids it is nice to get the basics done once a month but I don't feel like it is a major cleaning every time. I try to do a deep cleaning of kitchen appliances and tubs and shower stalls once in a while to keep them respectable. | |I would look elsewhere if you are starting from scratch.

Their service has improved under the new management. They are very conscientious. The manger comes out and does the quality assurance check and if there is anything wrong she makes sure that it gets fixed properly.
Description of Work: They generally do vacuuming, dusting and cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen for the whole house. They have 4 rotations where they do deep clean. Last time they did the doors, window frames, hand wiped window sill, furniture hand wiped, base boards hand wiped, cleaned the upholstery, cleaned the carpet edges and cleaned the inaccessible areas under the furniture. They did that for one quarter of the house. I have used them for about 3 years.

They have a rotation system where, theoretically, different areas of the home are deep cleaned, every fourth visit a certain area will be deep cleaned. They are supposed to vacuum around the baseboards, but I found dead ants around the baseboards near the pet's food where they were supposed to have deep cleaned. Part of the problem is that I never get the same people coming to clean, so they never learn what I want. I am constantly leaving notes like "please scrub the toilet, and please remove the dirty pillow case before putting on the clean one." I am planning on interviewing for a new cleaner. They just changed owners so I will give it a couple of months to see if it improves.
