I thought they were very professional and timely and effective.

If I need change days you get a different crew, so we are changing from weekly to monthly I get a different crew this. Because they are a company their probably doing more like health care and other things, sometimes when you hire maids that is an independent contractor, I hire somebody that does it on her own and she pays her own social security she may use her husband health care she may not charge as much, I have had other people in the house in the pass that have done about the same and they were probably a little less expensive. I can call and change the day, if I give then twenty four hours notice like we aren't going to be here, so I can call them with twenty four hours and get a different days.

They're usually generally punctual and staff is responsive. A significant concern is the lack of consistency regarding the quality of the clean. Sometimes they are very good but other times I have to go behind them and clean again. For example, right after a recent clean I had to clean my toilets. In addition, bed room sheets were not changed. The quality had been getting worse recently and we're likely going to cancel our services.

They're punctual. The job they do isn't quite exactly what I like but there's nobody I got right now.

Two ladies arrived within the time limit and began what was to be a 2 hour cleaning. We asked for a move out clean of an empty house we are about to sell. House was in good condition with no heavy cleaning required. Spoke with Erin and asked for kitchen and 2.5 baths to be cleaned, no other rooms. Returning that evening I noticed the bathroom vanity lights had not been cleaned in any of the baths. Inside of frig not cleaned and we specifically talked about this being done. Called Erin and reported this. She took $10.00 off the clean. Upon further inspection after my phone call I noticed the inside of stove not wiped out.( it was clean but needed wiping down) and front of stove around knobs was not cleaned. Attention to detail was lacking. But the wood floors looked nice.

They were okay. There were areas that they had to be called because they didn’t do. My father has dementia and we chose to quit using them because of my father and because my son in the bathroom overheard them talking to my father saying, “Mr. Carter would it be okay if we skipped this today?” They didn’t know my son was in the house and as my son walked out, he walked by them and he saw them and he didn’t say anything. We had some issues with them not thoroughly cleaning his house or like every two weeks they were supposed to change his bed linens and stuff and they haven’t been changed at all. When I called the owners, they were very nice about it and they said they would do it again but that comment let me know that they didn’t do it when they were supposed to and that when we called the owner about it, they said we hadn’t have anyone complain about this before and I saw it if they are doing it people having dementia, how are they going to complain? They don’t remember if there is nobody there. My son has said he would tell them, aren’t you going to dust this so there were just too many discrepancies. We had picked them because the owner came out, we sat down them, we voiced our concerns, that my dad has Dementia and we chose them because they were an all natural cleaning place and she said, yea we understand, this and that but there were just too many discrepancies. I would not use them again or recommend them to a friend of mine. It was $100 some every two weeks for my house and $100 for my father’s house and they were both around 2200 to 2400 square feet. They did have a rotating schedule and they were good about leaving documentation but twice I had to call them maybe like they were supposed to do cabinets and the cabinets weren’t done.

They are wonderful. On time, Professional, Thorough, competitively priced.

Did not select due to high cost.

Things went pretty good. I have solid hardwood floors throughout the first floor, and they are really the only folks that have done a good job of keeping it streak free and clean. They are reliable, and prompt. They seem to be pretty conscientious and professional.

I contacted 3 cleaning companies 2 of them gave me estimates over the phone (how they can do that is beyond me) and their prices were very high. TCA called me back and set up an appointment to come out and see/inspect my home and then Tina (who was very adorable and professional) came out looked around and then gave me a fair price, then next day their office called and set up a date to clean, 3 young women came out and cleaned everything without questions and did a real good job. I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

They were great. Two girls came to do the work. They brought all their own supplies, and they were incredibly kind. They did a very thorough job, and I was pleased. The only negatives to my experience were that one of my things got broken accidentally (they left a very sweet and apologetic note, so I was not especially angry) and they showed up about 90 minutes late. This is also understandable, as the job prior to mine was very large and very far away. Perhaps they should have called to let me know, however.

They use Eco friendly material, so your house does not smell of chemical. However, the quality depends on the cleaners you get that day.

I initially emailed TCA for an estimate on biweekly cleaning. I received a response right away with a price range, so I called to set up an in house estimate. Tina was on time for the scheduled estimate and was professional and thorough. She provided a written list of all services and a detailed written estimate. We have a 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath house with a finished basement. The bi-weekly cleaning estimate was $165 for the first two cleanings and then $135 each cleaning after that. When I called back to say that we didn't want to include our finished basement in the regular cleanings, she removed them, gave us a new estimate immediately, and said that we could add those rooms on anytime we needed them cleaned. The final estimate was $131 for the first two cleanings ($141 before the $10 Angie's list coupon) and $105 for each cleaning after that. If we want to add the basement in, it's $30 for the whole thing, or they can add on individual rooms if we want. Monday was our first cleaning. We arrived home from work while Janice and Anne were still cleaning. They were friendly and obviously working hard. They did a great job and we are looking forward to how clean our home will be going forward. The bathrooms and kitchen were in great condition and the bedrooms looked great. We will definitely recommend TCA to any one looking for a cleaning service.

Did okay job. The employees worked hard, just didn't deep clean. I will use again for short term cleaning.

I have been using them for a few months now. They do a great job and are very punctual with the bi-weekly schedule. I trust them in my house while I am at work and love walking in to a clean house. They rarely miss anything that needs cleaning. They have different "teams" and some are better than others. (mine is great) but even the "others" are pretty darn good.

They are fine. They are really nice and pretty cool. The house is clean. They had one lady come that don’t come here usually and she broke something and they said they would replace it. It took 6 weeks and they gave us the wrong thing and it another 5 weeks and they haven’t replaced them correctly.

Extremely professional. Their price quote was very detailed. They did exactly what they claimed they'd do.

They clean the house that 3 kids, 2 dogs, a cat and my husband and I live in. they are great!!! Everything sparkles when they are done! My husband works from home and they are a minimum distraction. Very responsive, and professional - both in the office and in the home. They have cleaned for me over a year!

I’ve been with them for 10 to 12 years. They are very reasonable and do a great job.

They come to my home for house cleaning every two weeks. They send two people to clean my entire home when they come. I have received good service from them. I am happy with their quality of work. I have been using them for about 1 year and plan to continue to use them for service.

I have used them for the past five years. They are supervised and I enjoy seeing that. The price is comparable to other house cleaning providers.

Dealing with this company was very frustrating. The initial "deep cleans" were fantastic, but the quality after that was very spotty. Part of the problem is the lack of flexibility with their cleaning rotation (they focus on certain areas in the house in more detail every couple of weeks in rotation). Some of the areas in the weekly rotation would often not apply, nor was the special deep cleaning in a certain area done consistently, but a form was always left saying that those areas had received special attention. This was a source of irritation. In addition, the people that came from week to week were different, so there was no ability to work with them and train them on what we really liked or disliked. I tried to provide positive feedback from time to time, hoping that perhaps we could get the same team responsible all the time, but that didn't work. The owner seemed to really care about the job and would respond to emails, but some of the concerns raised in numerous emails were not addressed consistently week to week. I am a fanatic about floors and these were never addressed in a consistent way. All I wanted was for any obvious spots to be hand cleaned (a 10 minute job for one person), but the answer was that I could pay $10 more for damp mopping and I was already paying $84 a week! The real killer was the overall quality and consistency week to week. Some weeks, the house looked great; however, some weeks it was clear that not much time or effort had been spent. The final straw was the last time they came and it took me 15 minutes to actually figure out that they had come. Enough!

I've used the Cleaning Authority for over a year, and in the beginning things were great. A clean is only as good as the people who are sent, obviously, and I had a great team at the start. Over time, I had a different crew in my home each month, and the quality suffered. I did request that the original crew be sent in again, and Tina agreed to do so, but since then I have had that same crew only once. Pros: Good rates On time Always lock the door behind them Tina is easy to reach and agreeable to fixing any issues Cons: Different team each time They often park in my driveway, either blocking me in or leaking oil Quality of clean varies greatly based on team sent The Cleaning Authority is great if you want an inexpensive, quick clean, but I would not recommend them for in-depth or regularly scheduled cleaning unless you can find -- and get -- a good team each time.

They are very good, very dependable, and very trustworthy. Probably 75% of the time, I'm not here while they clean my house.

It was awful! They didn't clean well at all, left my hardwood floors with water spots, dusted with no attention to detail, left the bathrooms half finished. A new crew showed up every time so there was no chance that they would learn how I like things done. Turned out that the owner of the franchise lives in Florida much of the time and tries to run the company from there. They have huge turnover in their workers. I fired them.
