Description of Work: I ordered new appliances and they delivered and installed them. Two of the appliances were installed by one of their contractors and he had a slight scheduling challenge so he installed two appliances several days after the first 2 were delivered and installed.

Description of Work: I went to Sears at Beavercreek Mall to check prices on washers and dryers. |The salesman gave me a pitch, but when I questioned one of his statements, he changed his story. It felt like he was more interested in his commission than my satisfaction so I left the store without making a purchase. |I have purchased appliances through Sears before. But recently their service has gone down hill. |I ended up getting a w/d set through Lowe's.

Description of Work: I had a confirmed appointment with Sears Service for a washer repair. The schedule was set for between 1 and 5 PM on Thursday August 2. I called at 5:30 to see what the situation was and was told that they were too busy to keep the appointment and we could reschedule for several days out and try again. I asked why no one had taken the time to let me know the appointment was canceled and they had no answer. This wouldn't have been so bad if I had pushed them to get here on that day. They set the date - They set the time - and they couldn't take the time to let me know they were not coming.
