He did a great job. I was so impressed on his idea for adding the decorative tiles to the floor under the new vanity. Looks amazing.

We have used this contractor a number of times over the past few years, and usually had a good experience. We called Dave to ask him to give an estimate on repairing a third floor casement window. Did not show for appointment and did not call until the following day claiming he was tied up with another job. Rescheduled the visit, Dave came out, assessed the project and provided an estimate. Dave called latr and scheduled the work for May 5. Dave did not show on scheduled date. Did not call or return calls. Dave, in the past a reliable contractor in our experience, has developed serious reliability and professionalism issues.

Dave was professional and the jobs were performed correctly. The tile removal on this kitchen was difficult and took a while but Dave accomplished it all. Dave missed one appointment due to illness and did not notify us beforehand, his only black mark for the job done. We plan on using Dave again!

I understand that this is a 1 man company, but I have left 2 messages with Dave and not gotten 1 call back. His message says that he is a 1 man company, but he will return your call back that evening. I called once and waited a week for a reply. I called back, left another message and waited another week for a reply. At this point, even if I got a call back I wouldn't use him. He is unreliable and unprofessional. Buyer Beware.

He took all my information, we scheduled a time, and then nothing else happened. This was for a fix and not an estimate. I had perfectly good cash to give him. It's hard finding good help and I spend more time trying to find a decent provider then what some of these jobs are going to take. I would avoid Dave and save yourself the trouble.

Dave performed all the work requested and finished ahead of schedule. Fantastic job, great customer service. A no nonsense experience with better than expected results.

Great service. I used a "Big Deal" and it was great. Dave answered my calls promptly and immediately scheduled the appointment. He arrived on time (he actually called and was able to get in early) and provided excellent service. I would use him again in the future.

The primary work I needed him to do was to put a deicing coil on the roof. He told me over the phone that this would be no problem and I had some other small projects as well. I had a doctor's appointment so I left him a note, equipment on the porch as well as my phone number. When I got home about 10 minutes after he left, I found a note on the porch saying to call Angie's List to get a refund and that he could not perform the work.

I would not recommend this person to anybody who?s looking for someone to provide handyman service. I found his name from Angie?s List. Called him and explained the service I needed and that I needed to get this work done now. He told me he would come out to give me an estimate. We planned for a date and time for the estimate. I took some time off from my work to meet with him. Waited for several hours and did see or hear from him. I then called to find out whether he was coming to look at the job and provide the estimate as we agreed, his comment was, ?oh, I was supposed to come and look at the job.? I told him that?s what we agree he would do. He then gave an excuse. I then suggested he could have called. I knew he had my number because he told me he had it when we first talked. To my surprise, he started talking about ?the check is in the mail? and then hung up the telephone. I waited days waiting for him after our initial conversion. I am very disappointed with Grade 1 rating of this business on your site.

He was very prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. very professional as well. will use him again when the need arisies.

Dave was punctual and worked hard to complete the work successfully.

Scheduled time for Dave to come and give an estimate. He never showed, did not respond to my voicemail inquiring whether he planned to in fact come out for the estimate. I moved on to another provider.

The initial experience with Dave was very positive. I contacted him through Angie's List and his response was prompt. We scheduled an appointment to review the jobs on 5/29/15. He arrived on time, walked through the two jobs with me, and provided a written estimate. He also took the time to provide his suggestion for a couple of additional jobs we were planning to do in the future. The hand written estimate included a line item for drywall repair ($150) and removal and replacement of loose and broken mortar around our driveway bricks ($390). At the time I confirmed I would like to have the work done and he explained that his schedule was 2 to 3 weeks out. I accepted the time frame and he said he'd be in touch to schedule. 3-1/2 weeks later (6/24) I contacted Dave to ask if I was on his schedule. I specifically asked in the text "Am I on your schedule for the mortar repair work quoted on 5/29". I did not inquire about the dry wall work because I had already repaired it due to the long wait, as I wanted to minimize the time that we had an open hole in the dry wall in an exterior wall. He responded that we were on the schedule but that he was behind due to the recent rain. He offered to schedule it for July 6th or 8th. I asked for the 8th. He confirmed the date, thanked me for my patience, and stated they would arrive at 8:30am. On July 7th I texted Dave to confirm the scheduled work for the following day. He confirmed we were still on the schedule, that the rain in the forecast may prevent the mortar work, but that he could still do the dry wall work. I responded immediately that it was mortar work only, the dry wall work had been done. He responded only "OK". I asked if he was still planning on arriving in the morning (trying to plan my day), and he responded "Depends on the weather". That communicate took place around 1pm. The following morning, July 8th, I texted Dave to ask him if the rain in the forecast would prevent him from completing the work that day. He responded "I spoke to the owner last night. Alteration of our agreement has led to termination of your order. Most importantly that you did not reveal until late. No further work will be authorized.". Initially I was confused and asked if that was intended for me. No response. I followed that by asking if he was referring to the dry wall work that I elected not to wait ~6 weeks to repair. I also asked why there was no communication that the two jobs were dependent on one another, or ask for confirmation of the total scope when I only asked about the mortar work when I had to follow up with him nearly a month later to schedule. I also asked why he didn't let me know last night when the decision was made to cancel the work. His only response was "Good day sir". I'm back to square one after 6 weeks from the original contact. The only service that Dave provided was wasted time. So you know what Dave perceives as being pestered: 5/29 - Quote received 6/24 - I texted at 9:53pm (granted, a little late, but I wasn't expecting an immediate response). I identified who I was and asked if the mortar work was on the schedule. I didn't mention the inside work, and he didn't ask about it. It's worth noting, he told me to expect 2 to 3 weeks max to complete the work. I heard nothing from him for nearly a month. 6/25 - 6:55am. Dave texted back with a brief explanation of the delay and an offer of two dates on his schedule. 6/26 - 10:12am. I texted back with a selection of July 8th 7/7 - 11:49am. I texted Dave, asking for confirmation that he still planned to do the work the following day. We continued to have a lot of rain, and the forecast was for more rain the following day. I assumed there was a good chance that his schedule had been pushed back again, or that he'd want to postpone the work due to the forecast. 7/7 - 12:42pm. Dave texted back with confirmation that his schedule was unchanged, but the weather may not allow the outside work, but he'd do the inside work either way. 7/7 - 1:07pm. I responded back that the scope was limited to the outside work only. 7/7 - 1:07pm. Dave responded "OK" 7/7 - 1:39pm. I inquired if he still planned to do the work in the morning. 7/7 - 1:40pm. Dave responded it would be weather dependent. 7/8 - 6:48am. It looked like another rainy day. I sent Dave a text asking if he was going to try to do the work, or if he wanted to push it back for better weather. Granted that was early, but he sent me a text on 6/25 that was 7 minutes later. 7/8 - 7:14am. Dave texted that he was not going to do any work. He blamed in on the owner. I asked for an explanation. None given. For clarity, based on the dollar value, the inside work was only 28% of the quoted work. If you want Dave to actually show up and do the work, tread lightly...

The fence is not only extremely functional, but also nice to look at. Mr. Williamson always gives attention to the smallest detail, and always seeks to provide the quality his customer is seeking.

Dave was very responsive via text message. I was able to get an estimate by sending him pictures of the issue. The job was done well and quickly. I will use him again for future needs.

I got him from Angie’s List. He did a great job. It was easy to schedule. I would call him again if I need something done. He is the only one I’ve used from Angie’s List since I joined. He arrived on time and he was professional. He is a really nice guy. He cares in what he does. He cares about doing it right for customer satisfaction. I thought it was expensive but then like he said, it was a whole day of work for him so I paid and he did a really good job. He was fine. The price was fair. It was hard work. He did it by himself and then all the trimming and everything. It was good quality. It looks very nice. I’ve got lots of compliments on it. Responsiveness was good too.

He took a couple days to let me know that he would do an estimate. Then after a week he informed me that he couldn't do the work which is very minor.

Both jobs went extremely well and saved us a tremendous amount of time. Dave does professional work. He is prompt, reliable, and capable, and we're extremely glad to have had his services. He is reasonable in cost and seems ethical and honest.

He seems very knowledgeable about what can be done. He will do whatever you ask him to do. If he can't do it he will tell you no I don't do that kind of work, which is okay with me. But I think overall after I got to know him and he came in couple of times we were at the point where we saw his insurance and we trust him and the fact that we did leave him in the house for half hour while I work out of the house so I am in and out quite a bit so it was a three day job. I just didn't want to be tied up for three days so we have him here once before I felt very comfortable. He seem to be very honest about what he was doing what he was charging. We do plan on using him in the future. My wife was extremely happy after this last work that he has done.

He called a little after the time he was to arrive. His GPS had sent him the wrong direction on our road. My husband gave him directions to our place from where he was which was only about 3 miles. He never showed up or called to tell us that he wasn't coming. He has not returned any of our phone calls. VERY unprofessional to say the least unless he is in intensive care somewhere!
