The provider gave us a quote over the phone for moving from a house to a 2-bedroom apartment plus den. The truck size and number of workers was based on the amount of time the move was expected to take. Due to the amount of furniture and accessories we were moving, it took two trips between our old and new locations to move everything. This took extra time, which neither party anticipated. This mover's largest truck is 28 feet, and had they come to the house to see the amount of furniture, they would have known it wouldn't fit in one truck. Despite taking more time, which cost more money, the mover did work with us and gave us a discount. The men who came out to the house were courteous, timely, and hard working. I wouldn't hesitate to ask for them in the future.

They are very good. They are courteous and prompt. They do quality work, and their prices are very reasonable.

I thought they were professional and honest about the fact, they would be too high compared to others.

Northcoast Moving was great. Their demeanor was awesome. I had three movers and it was $125 an hour.

North Coast provided a dedicated truck, with her load only, picking up on May 22 and delivering first thing in the morning on May 24, which was when her lease began. There was no several-day "window" of arrival, allowing us to plan everything carefully. The only serious problem was that the movers left behind the shelves of a curio cabinet that has great sentimental value for my mother. But nothing ever goes 100% right in a major move, and the true test is how a bad situation is rectified. Peter, the owner, did everything right. He accepted blame, said it shouldn't have happened, then carefully wrapped and packaged the shelves and sent them to us UPS. All in all, North Coast was honest and hard working. We would use them again, and probably will.

Services is "Superior Customer Service" From the beginning when the owner, Peter Sussen called me back himself to explain the process of what would be entailed with my move. He was not only professional and knowledgeable, but also put me at a level of comfort with his knowledge and experience with years of moving, as well as providing me with many referrals. After I set the appointment up for an estimate, the Manager, Frank Nero came out to my home, it was also pleasant dealing with his Manager, he was very informative, knowledgeable and professional on estimating how many boxes, trucks, men and all around what would be needed ..for my move. The day of the move went like clock work....Northcoast Moving Inc...showed up on time, all of the movers were professional, moved my belongings with the look of experience and worked very carefully not to cause damage to any of my items The estimate the manager did was "right on target", in fact it was an hour under....So I saved money... I told Northcoast Moving Inc....to please put me on their referral list.

They did a good job. I would use them again.

I have used them three times before and have been happy with them each time. They were kind of expensive but they were great. I will use them again in the future.

PETER CAME OUT GAVE ESTIMATE - WANTED TO MOVE ON A SPECIFIC DAY - PETER TOLD THEM TO GET BACK WITH THEM ASAP - IS VERY BUSY - MEMBERS TRIED TO CALL 3 TIMES - HE NEVER CALLED BACK - DAY WAS THEN BOOKED - HAD TO USE SOMEONE ELSE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

DID A LOCAL MOVE FOR MEMBER, AND DID THE JOB WELL. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE. MEMBER ALSO PARTICULARILY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR POLITENESS, THOUGHTFULLNESS, & GREAT ATTITUDE. THEY DID NOT MEET HER EXPECTATION OF MOVING COMPANY EMPLOYEE BEHAVIOR.

THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL WITH MEMBER'S BELONGINGS; PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY; OFFERED A SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER PER-HOUR COST THAN OTHER COMPANIES
