The move overall went very well. The amount of furniture that we had to move was very small so it only took half the time that we were charged do to the minimum number of hrs they charged.

Beautiful, they are terrific. It was a complicated move, I had some things that had to be moved to another house, some things that had to go in storage, some things that were being brought down to be given away and they accommodated all those requests and they did a great job. And they continued to store some things for me.

It was okay. One of the items they moved was damaged. I know these things happen, but I thought this was something they could have avoided.

Storage area was ready and waiting for me to put my household items. I am paying on a monthly basis and the rental rate is lower than others in the area. Peter and Frank were very helpful during this stressful time of my life. They were both very knowledgeable on the amount of space I would need to store my items. I would recommend them to anyone. Packing supplies were also available at my request for a small fee. I have used their moving services in the past and they are just as professional with their moving services.?

Movers arrived to take the heavier items from our bungalow to a much larger home (we are a family of six, upgrading). The estimate provided was thorough (a rep came to our house to see the items before providing a rate) and competitive-- we got several estimates and were most satisfied with their customer service and prices. They did give an Angie's List discount, which was nice. He estimated six hours and was dead on. The 3 movers arrived on time with a clean 24 ft truck, and were friendly, careful with the items, and efficient. We were very happy with them and highly recommend Northcoast!

I highly recommend Northcoast Moving. The movers were very professional and handled our items very carefully. They showed up on time and worked tirelessly during a very long move with lots of difficult pieces of furniture that had to be taken apart and put back together. They brought plenty of wardrobe boxes for closets and helped pack-up last minute items. We would definitely use them again.

We purchase a new home and the closing got pushed back and we had to get out of the house we were in A.S.A.P. Norhcoast was able to accomidate use with a short notice date, provide short time storage, and get our "stuff" in our new house as soon as we were able to close. These guys are professional, workable, understanding, honest, and fair. Their staff were amazing and took great care of our "stuff" making sure all were in the same condition as when it left our home. The price was fair in my book for both the move and storage. They even went the extra mile and asked it there was anything else we needed moved around before they left. You could tell they took pride in their job and providing great customer service. I am recommending them to all of my friends who will be moving in the near future and will keep recommending them going forward. Take my advise and hire them!

Calvin and John were the best. They showed up on time and got right to work. They had me moved into my new Condo within 2 hours. They helped me set up my furniture and moved things around for me. I couldn't ask for more, they are the best and I would recommend them to everybody.

Peter and his team are extremely professional. From the start, Peter came out to give us a quote and review the moving process to make it less stressful. We moved from a townhouse to a single family home. The movers arrived right on time and were extremely friendly. Although a bit slow at times, they treat your home like it's their own. Not a single thing broken or any wall damage from the move. I highly recommend Northcoast Movers if you want local professionals who care and treat your belongings right.

They were the only company that came to my apartment to see what I had so that they could provide an actual estimate. They were on time and very professional. They took great care with my stuff and nothing was damaged. The cost came in under the estimate! I have already re-hired them to relocate my mother.

The workers were great, very prompt and reliable. They did what they said they were going to do.

Frank arrived to do a walk-through and provide an estimate. He was informative and thorough in his quote. The crew (3 person team) were punctual (even for a snowy, wintry day!) and ready to work. All were hard-working and took the utmost care with our belongings. The move went smoothly and was finished with efficiency and care. The guys did not slow down once. We could not be more pleased with our experience working with NorthCoast. They would be our first call for moving services and we will recommend them heartily.

The service was good. The arrived early. They were personable, friendly, communicated well. I was comfortable with them in my home. They got all the belongings delivered to the right place.

Frank, the owner, was prompt and very friendly when he came out to do our estimate. On the day of the move, Matt and his team of movers were prompt (10 minutes early, even), courteous, and super-duper efficient. We were quoted an estimated time of 4 hours but they were done in just a little over 2. (We were moving from one house to another house less than 2 miles away.) Everything survived the move safely and intact and they protected the floors and walls of both homes during the move. We had one minor ding in a door frame, but no other issues or damage. We were very pleased with the service and are happy to recommend them to others.

Very good, the three men who showed up clearly treated my belongings with respect.

(This is being written by the member's sister, who moved to a new apartment.) After moving many times over the years, I had to finally concede that I'm officially too old/out of shape to move myself. :) Northcoast Movers came highly recommended by two of my co-workers. I didn't have much -- no real furniture aside from a few large bookcases, and a LOT of boxes, some of them heavy (books!!) -- plus I was only moving about 10 minutes away, so I expected the move to be fairly quick. They came 20 minutes early and finished in less than 2 hours. I would definitely use them again...hopefully not too soon though since I plan to stay put for a while. :) I would have been in a great deal more physical distress had I done it myself, so it was more than worth the expense to hire professionals.

Movers were extremely polite. Issued refund on miscommunication without a hassle. The move was smooth and easy.

This was an excellent move from start to finish---from customer service scheduling the move to all the polite professional movers on moving day. I cannot express enough how satisfied and impressed I was with their services. We had a lot of heavy furniture, several beds to diassemble, and several antique pieces and they handled it all beautifully. They listen to any requests you have. They were extremely careful and did not damage any walls and furniture. They were 6 guys on the crew and they were all great ---hardworking and friendly, no slackers! It ended up being a big job, but they worked hard until the job was done to my satisfaction. They truly are excellent first class movers and I highly recommend them! A+++

They were very punctual, very polite, courteous and friendly. We were supposed to have 2 movers and there were actually 3 at no extra charge. The supervisor came out and looked at everything and gave us an estimate and the final price ended up below the estimate. Services were completed in less time than they were supposed to take. They even hauled out a cabinet to the trash for us that we needed removed. They didn’t slack off and only took a half hour lunch. They put all our belongings where we wanted them with appropriate marked boxes in appropriate rooms.

The lead movers were polite, professional and knew what they were doing. The end result was agreeable to all parties. My sister had used them in the past. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone. They are great to work with. I don't think you will walk away disappointed.

Very professional. We have a lot of experience with movers. Frank came and did the estimate. He is much more polished than your typical estimator. He was on time and very professional. His crew showed up for the pack on time and complete the work in the allotted time. The moving crew showed up on time, loaded the truck and unloaded at the new house in a very professional manner. This is an industry with a lot of variability and Northcoast is simply the best. We would use them again and recommend them to our friends in a heartbeat.

My family and I have used Nortcoast for many tears and will continue to do so!
