Description of Work: Changed a dripping outside spigot. Installed a new freeze-proof spigot and inside shut-off valve. They had to cut into the basement ceiling but the opening is covered by an access panel and completely unnoticeable. Work was done in just under an hour. Friendly, professional and punctual.

Description of Work: Installed new toilet and also a new water line to refrigerator for ice maker/water dispenser. Serviceman Patrick was very friendly, punctual and answered all my questions.
