Description of Work: They evaluated my 30 yr old air conditioner as no longer economically serviceable. I decided to upgrade both the A/C and my 60 yr old furnace to new equipment. I am totally satisfied with the contractor in every respect.

Description of Work: Changed a dripping outside spigot. Installed a new freeze-proof spigot and inside shut-off valve. They had to cut into the basement ceiling but the opening is covered by an access panel and completely unnoticeable. Work was done in just under an hour. Friendly, professional and punctual.

Description of Work: Found blockage in sewer line & removed some clog material. Inspected outside sewer and recommended that rooting was unnecessary based on video inspection.

Description of Work: Installed new toilet and also a new water line to refrigerator for ice maker/water dispenser. Serviceman Patrick was very friendly, punctual and answered all my questions. He worked hard to get things done in a timely manner as we were on the clock and also it was two days before Christmas. Great first experience with this company.

Description of Work: Installed a kitchen sink and a week later installed a new fawcet. They were very curteous and reasonable priced.

Description of Work: Snaked main drain and used the camera. Also checked all inside drains..plunged them. One inside had to be snaked. It went well...we were very satisfied.

Description of Work: He installed an outdoor faucet and did a very good job. I don't remember how much he charged, but at the time I thought it was quite reasonable.

Description of Work: We had a gas leak and they were able to respond to us very promptly. The gas company detected a gas leak in our fireplace and couldn't find the second leak. Killeen plumbing came out and checked all of our valves in the house and appliances, they quickly found the leak and repaired the main valve leaks. The fireplace key valve leak they were unfortunately able to repair on the spot but they were able to disconnect it from the main line and cap it so that our house could have gas turned on quickly. They also suggested we need a new fireplace rather than just a valve so we'll most likely have them come back out once we get the fireplace situated.
