Description of Work: I emailed the company three times asking for a response. I gave detailed information. They never answered my email--not to this day. I was very disappointed with them considering they had such a high rating. I then decided to go with J and J Appliance because I emailed them once and they responded almost immediately.

Description of Work: 1st time we used them the washer became unbalanced due to a rusted spring. |2nd time they installed a new heating sensor in our oven. The part was $95, the service call was $80 and labor was an additional $20. Both appliances still work. Both times he hung around to test his repairs. Spent quite a bit of time testing and adjusting the oven temperature before he left. He was recommended to us by our plumber. There was no additional diagnostic fee. The washer repair may have come in at $100.

Description of Work: Called them that morning and they came out a few hours later to fix my dryer. Replaced a part on my dryer and it is running great.

Description of Work: Fabulous service and so easy to work with. They called promptly to schedule my appointment. He also called on his way to let me know exactly when he'd be at my house. I would definitely recommend Allied Appliance!

Description of Work: Spoke to Matt and explained the problem with my dishwasher. We made an appointment for him to come the next day. He knew immediately what was wrong and fixed it. He identified the design flaw and and did some work so that the problem would not occur again-- he made it better than new! He explained everything. He was very personable and also professional. He is great- a real find in this day! I would recommend him without reservation! He does washers, dryers and other kitchen appliances.

Description of Work: After calling Sears and being told it would take a week to come out and look at my fridge,I joined Angie's list and called Allied Appliance. Matt came out the next morning diagnosed the problem, thawed out my freezer so I had my fridge for a few more days while we waited for the parts to arrive. I called him the day they came and he was here the next day.He installed the parts and wiped down all the interior pieces of my freezer (as my kids popsicles had melted into every nook.) He seems like a very stand up guy with a great work ethic. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Description of Work: Matt fixed our dryer - it was not blowing warm air. I called him on Monday the 29th and it was fixed by 4 p.m. on Tuesday the 30th. Very impressive! I would definitely use again and refer to friends.

Description of Work: Matt was able to come out last minute to check on what I thought was a leaking washing machine. He was on time, friendly, honest and knowledgeable. He explained the most common areas for leaks as the machine was running and answered all of my questions. It turned out my washer was fine-- the drain was overflowing and running out under the machine. He tried to clear the blockage and gave me suggestions to move forward. I would use his services again in the future.

Description of Work: Having a problem with our washer. Matt called back within a couple hours. He explained that he didn't service our brand any longer as it just wasn't a reliable brand and the replacement parts weren't reliable either. He gave a rough estimate of what it would cost to repair (2 problems) and we concluded it would be wiser to replace rather than repair. I appreciate that kind of open advice! Although we did not do business, I will remember him in the future...

Description of Work: I had Allied Appliance Maintenance Company's Matthew Saal repair my Maytag gas dryer and he was on time and very good. My dryer works as if it was new! I would heartily recommend this organization anytime!

Description of Work: Woke up to find refrigerator not working (power on, but no cooling and temperature indicator showing "-". Called Allied Appliance and left message (before office hours). Matt called and said he'd be out before 10AM. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem quickly (defective circuit board), fixed the unit in minimum time (had the part in his truck), kept area super-clean and was most professional. (I realized after he showed up that we had used him and his company in another house about 9 years ago for stove and dishwasher work. We were very satisfied then and are very satisfied with today's work. I highly recommend him for all appliance repair.

Description of Work: OUR CLOTHES DRYER STARTED MALFUNCTIONING LATE ON A SATURDAY MORNING. I CALLED ALLIED APPLIANCE MAINTENANCE AND WAS PROMPTLY CALLED BACK BY BOB, ONE OF THE OWNERS. BOB ARRIVED AT MY HOME SHORTLY AFTER WE SPOKE AND MY CLOTHES DRYER WAS REPAIRED WITHIN TWO HOURS OF MY KNOWING THAT THERE WAS A PROBLEM. ALLIED APPLIANCE PROVIDED SUPERIOR SERVICE, PROMPTLY AND DID NOT TRY TO GOUGE ME LIKE SOME OF THE OTHER COMPANIES THAT I CONTACTED.
