Matt was on time...actually a little early! He checked over the stove, went out to his van & got the part & had it installed in no time. He then thoroughly checked the oven over to be sure it was operating. This was the second time he's replaced something on my stove. He gave a quote, but was to repair it for less than the quote!! I will not hesitate to call him again for my appliances!

Excellent - Matt was there on time had the dryer repaired within 30 minutes and checked our washing machine. Also replaced a part in our refrigerator. He was very pleasant, professional, and the price was great. Will definitely call him again when we need him!

Matt was wonderful to work with. He attempted to solve the problem immediately over the phone when I first contacted him to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that didn't resolve my issue as my line had a crack in it. He made an appointment for the following week and was on time. He had everything needed to fix my water line. He is a wealth of information, honest, and upfront with you. Won't hesitate to call him again if I run into any further appliance troubles.

The ice dispense in the door stopped working - Matt showed up exactly on time, had the part, and did the repair in about 15 minutes. He also did a thorough cleaning job of the ice dispenser while the panel was removed, I would hire him again for refrigerator and other appliance repair and recommend him highly.

Matt was right on time. He quickly determined that the disposal was jammed and cleared it in less than 30 minutes. By the time he left it was running practically silently, almost like the day it was installed! I told him it had been making a lot of noise for, basically, YEARS!! He found one tiny twist tie and part of a finishing nail were just bouncing around in side it. He was very educational about how the garbage disposal work. He's worth the money for sure!

Matt did a great job fixing our dishwasher. He also showed me how to take of the issue myself, thereby eliminating any further service calls for this particular issue. Nice guy, very helpful. Will definitely call him again.

Not well. Thought he fixed it and paid $179 but fridge would not stay cold. He did come and try two more times at no cost but didn't fix it. We got tired of throwing away food and bought a new one.

It was kind of messy. I had run it once. There was a lot of people and everybody was gone and then I just emptied and filled it again and I came into the kitchen and the rug was soaking wet and it was like, "What in the world?" But it still was working, it just wasn't emptying. Allied Appliance Maintenance is very good. I think he is in business by himself. That is the impression I get. My daughter had used him for a refrigerator and a washer a few years ago. So I called him and he came out. He wasn't there on Monday because it was a holiday, but he came out Tuesday. He was like, "When do you want me to come, at this time or this time?" He came out when we had the arranged time and he knew right away what was wrong with it and was able to fix it. It was $108 and I think most of it was just him walking through the door. It was $70 just for him to walk through the door, which I think is comparable to any place. He is very professional, he knows what he is doing. He explained how I can maintain it because it's newer, it's only a year and a half old. He said the newer ones don't use enough water to really keep everything flushed through and out. He used tablet for cleaning and then he left a couple of them and was explaining how to use them. That is important because it was just all backed up or plugged up or something. He was able to take care of it almost right away and he checked everything else out. It is virtually a new dishwasher.

Matt always provides professional and quality service. Additionally, he provides lots of advice to help extend the life of our appliances. For this service call, Matt adjusted the springs, stabilizing padding, and other adjustments.

He told me to buy a new washing machine, and gave me LOTS of info about what to buy and features to look for. He was very helpful.

My dad said Matt was extremely professional. He checked the entire dryer out after he repaired what he found wrong. He tested everything. Something else went wrong and he fixed it immediately. If he hadn't it would have happened the next time I used the dryer. My dad said nothing but good things about him and his service. Extremely pleased. Would definitely use again.

He called me back promptly, and arrived the same day to repair it. Repair was efficient and done properly. No fuss. Also provided free advice on how to upkeep other appliances. Fantastic service--will use them from now on. Highly recommended.

Matt came on time, stated what needed to be fixed and provided us with the price. He changed a belt and some rollers and completely cleaned out the system. When the work was completed, he provided us with a lower price. Matt was also able to give us information on future work we need completed in our kitchen.

He was fantastic, he knew what he was doing. I think the price was very reasonable.

Around 8:35 this morning I called Allied, received a request to leave a short message regarding what the problem was, and was advised that Allied would return my call. Ten minutes later, Matt called and asked me what the problem with the washer was. I advised him that it was making an awful sound on the spin cycle. He told me the bearings were shot, the repair cost would be huge, and that it was time to toss it out and get a new one. At this point Matt knew he did not have a service call, so he would not be collecting any money, and he could have just said to have a nice day. But, I asked him what kind of washing machine he thought I should buy and I also asked him where I should buy it. He asked how many loads I did a week, then proceeded to tell me which model would be good for me, and also told me which stores to avoid and also which store I should contact. I thought he went above and beyond, and I told him that when I ever need any service on any of my major appliances (stove, refrigerator, etc.) I will certainly call him. I hope everyone reading this review does the same. He is just what I want in a repairman, one who is prompt, and also one who is honest and reputable. Thank you, Matt. I took your advice, got the model you suggested, and also went to the store that you suggested.

I have used Allied several times before: for a refrigerator and a washer. If you need someone to fix your appliance honestly, this is the place to go! He is very prompt and will not try to fix something that is beyond repair. Does quick work and is very professional. If he can't service something, he will tell you over the phone, not after charging you a service call. Strongly recommend Matt and Allied Appliance!

Went great. Called Matt this morning and let him know the issues we were having. He called me back shortly, let me know he had a few appointments scheduled and could swing by later in the morning to take a look at it. Came out and went through some trouble shooting. Had the replacement parts that were need and got it back up and running before noon. We really appreciate how quickly he got this repair completed at a very reasonable price.

Matt arrived at our residence on time on the day agreed upon. He was very professional, had a pleasant, friendly demeanor and was helpful beyond our expectations. His price was very reasonable, he performed the needed repairs quickly and my husband and I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with his work. We are also in need of a contractor to work on our gutted bathroom. Matt recommended someone to help us with the project. We will be contacting that individual soon. Matthew was prompt, friendly, assessed the problem and thoroughly explained and fixed the washer. Matthew did not charge me at the time of service because he wanted to make sure the problem was fixed, he sent me a bill the next month. I was very satisfied with his service and would recommend him to friends and family.

Gave an estimate over the phone based upon my description of problem.. Actual cost equaled the estimate.

The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. all in less than 45 minutes He was neat and cleaned up after the job was done. I would not hesitate to call Allied Appliance Maintenance in the future.

Checked the old board and it had the distinct burned out smell. The old one was removed and a new one was installed and the refrigerator immediately started. I am extremely pleased with the worked performed and would definitely use this company again. I am amazed they came out the same day that I called and had the circuit board to install. I am so used to warranty companies informing mr that parts have to be ordered and in the meantime, one is left without the use of their appliance. This is not acceptable, especially when dealing with a refrigerator. Again, I'm glad I called this company and cannot praise them enough for a job well done.
