wonderful! The stone path work especially is impressive. we had an original stone path done a few years ago by another company, that has not held up well at all (starting to crumble and shift after the first winter), and the quality of this work (being put in by Jeff) is superb-- he dug deeper for the stones, is using a finer crush fill between them, using landscape fabric, etc... He also had some ideas for us that were decorative that we loved. The curving huge bed in the 'dog yard' is beautiful and will not only solve our mud corner problem, but really makes the whole area look like a park. I saw that some reviewers dinged this company on price, and they probably are not the cheapest company around, but with landscaping, there is a lot of shoddy work out there-- believe me we have lived here 15 years and tried to get by with some work like that and regret it-- redoing many things now that fell apart way too soon.. Tim and his colleagues do quality work, they listen to your ideas, offer suggestions (if you want to hear them), and show up when they say they will. We have been very pleased and will continue to use them for additional phases of our landscape needs. We have a lot more to fix!

They made my yard look really nice. They drew up a design, I approved it, and they went to work. I would definitely use them again if I had to. THey even told me that they would come back out and fix anything if needed for the winter time. Excellent service.

Best Regards, Results: Evaluation completed (provider was on-on time for appointment, did not rush the evaluation), bid received, plans were never provided. I advised the provider when we met that the plans were very important to me as there was other work I wanted to do and the plans were key. Also, I made it clear that the landscaping would be done in phases (1.5 acres). Bid was the highest of 4 bids . Overall I am very disappointed and starting the process to obtain landscape plans again.

They did an awesome job and finished and cleaned up quickly. If they ran into something they thought should also be fixed, for example drainage through the flower bed, it was brought to our attention so we could make an informative decision on what to do.

The crew was professional, completed the projects as expected and cleaned up any debris before leaving. I was happy with their services and would use them again.

Beautiful Earth came out to review our existing landscape and discuss ideas for revitalization. The informational meeting went well with many ideas bounced back and forth. A quick hand sketch was provided as an outline for the proposed work. We really liked the presented ideas and were on board with having this work done, however, a written cost proposal was never delivered. There is no way we would agree to contract work without first reviewing the estimated costs in writing. No contact has been made with Beautiful Earth since the informational meeting.

We had a hard time connecting. I work in the evening and the owner was not available during the day. We finally met and spoke for a long time. I liked his designs and he promised that he would email the designs and be ready to start the job in the middle of July. I never heard from him again.

They were a little expensive, but we ended up doing something a little bit different then they designed with another provider.

At initial walk through he explained what should go and what I could keep if I wished. His real skill is in design and I hope to use that service someday.

Staff well-supervised, polite, hard workers. Neighbors gave good reviews (as do I). Provided a detailed description of the work to be done and reviewed it with me. Accessible during the project (no gaps). Minimal disruption to the neighborhood. Between the holiday weekend and a shut-down of my Internet connection I've not yet seen the final bill--perhaps it will arrive in today's mail.

Great job. came out for the estimate promptly after we contacted him, gave several options-- including one we had not even considered-- that one turned out to be best. Then, he let us know about when he could start the option we chose. Work was done in a day about when expected and very nicely completed. My mom is happy and so are we with the work. We will definitely call him for additional work we plan to do related to landscaping at our house.

Tim and his crew are amazing. We were redoing one area. I had a hard time visualizing but Tim does not. They were able to reuse most of my stuff. When I show the before and after pics people are amazed!

I received a follow-up with all the details for the landscape job in a timely manner.

This "Big Deal" engagement was my very first experience with them. They were very knowledgeable about different trees and plants because they were telling me which should be cut back a quite a bit. They did a beautiful job; my neighbor actually asked me who did the service because she wanted to use them too.

Tim was very professional and easy to talk to. He came out right away and was prompt. I liked his ideas. The drawing her provided worked for what I needed.

I purchased a coupon special from Beautiful Earth for 4 hours of landscaping. Tim promptly responsed to me and we set up a time for him to look at the job. Tim arrived on time and after talking with him, I felt confident that he could handle my challenging backyard as well. Tim had several suggestions of how we could improve the yard and he provided me with 3 landscaping options. The first issue is that one section of my yard can't be used, as it has a major slope. Also, it is difficult to mow this area. The other concern I had is there is no privacy from my neighbors. Tim suggested using Hemlock trees across the back of this area to create a living fence. The trees he chose are beautiful; very healthy and about 8' tall. The final issue is that I have no shade in the backyard or on the patio and I definitely can't use the patio in the summer. Tim suggested adding 2 small Maple trees on both sides of the patio to help provide some shade. Again these trees look fantastic and they are just the right size for my yard. Tim recommended that I install a soaker hose to help with the watering. Not sure if it was my bewildered looked or if I questioned how to install it, but Tim came to my rescuse and offered to buy and install it. Thanks Tim, I'm so glad that you understood that you were dealing with a city slicker! Tim and his crew really transformed my entire yard and it looks wonderful. The slope no longer has to be mowed and the trees provide a natual privacy screen. I am very pleased and I'm already thinking about other areas of the yard that I want Tim and his crew to revamp. I'm totally happy with their work. Oh by the way, Tim has a great sense of humor. You'll love working with him.

Tim and I emailed various ideas back and forth to negotiate what would be done within my budget. I appreciated his flexibility and CAN DO attitude. The guys were friendly and managed to work hard and chat too. It is apparent they love what they do. They dug out a too big tree and clump of pampas grass, replaced them with a lovely cherry blossom and a yellow evergreen...mulched the bed, set up heavy planters and huge rocks for my new container garden. I spent the next day LOVING it all!
