Beautiful Earth

Oscar and Tim at beautiful earth are fantastic! They listened to what I needed, suggested plans that stayed within my budget and executed on time. Communication was easy, scheduling was fantastic and they were in and out quickly. The work they did was beautiful and I will be using them for all my landscaping in the future.

What a wonderful young man did the work. He did a great job he did. He dug a trench, added a 4” wide pvc pipe from my downspout to the edge of my yard, he covered the pipe with clean fill dirt. He added clean fill dirt on the right side of my garage. It is all smoothed out waiting for my air conditioning man to raise it, so the rest of the job can be completed. Superb work. Tim is very meticulous and hard-working, landscape artist. Tends to every detail within the project, and will not finish project until it meets his standard; which is particularly high. Highly recommended as his work is impeccable.

My project went great! A large area of my back yard needed re-grading after a deck installation, and grass seed was planted in the re-graded area. The grass grew back quicker than I expected, and it’s all looking really good now! After completing several projects for me at my current home and also at my previous house, Tim is my go-to guy for outdoor work. His advice is always helpful, and the work is high quality. I still love the decorative stones his crew installed 3 years ago to replace the moldy mulch near my front porch. Highly recommended!

Tim and Company turned the world's ugliest concrete patio into a beautiful outdoor living space. Tim has a strong artistic vision and took time to understand what we wanted. His employees are very friendly and worked hard, even through some unfavorable weather conditions. The end result is absolutely gorgeous and something we'll enjoy for many years to come.

I chose Beautiful Earth to do my landscaping needs after reviewing several other companies. Tim worked with me to make suggestions as what to implement. We settled on building a dry creek bed made up of creek gravel highlighted with various sizes of boulders scattered throughout. The remaining area was to be filed in with mulch. Tim suggested a specific mulch that does not float so as to stay in place. As I wanted to have some color in the back yard Tim suggested a flowering tree and several flowering bushes and ferns. The result not only met my expectations but far exceeded it. Tim’s crew was professional and timely and was a true pleasure work with. They even went farther than expected to ensure what was added blended in with what I already had and everything was perfect. After seeing the excellent results, I decided to replace an overgrown tree in my front yard. Once again exceeding my expectations. I would highly recommend Beautiful Earth (Tim) for any landscaping needs. My only regret is that I do not have anything else for them to do at this point in time. Thanks Tim and crew.

We can’t say enough good things about this company. The owner was here for a while every day to be sure all was on track. The workers had great work ethic. Highly recommend this company.

They came out and gave me an estimate and then laid out the sod. The lawn looked good but a few areas did have some brown around the edges. A few weeks later it rained and the yard turned into a pond. I called the service provider and told them to come back because the sod was submerged. The owner came out and told me that I had drainage problems but I didn’t until the sod was installed. He told me that he would send someone out but two weeks later they still had not. I finally got them to come out and reseed the lawn but they did not seed the whole lawn and he wanted to charge me an extra $100. He even admitted they did not level the yard the first time but they would fix everything yet they still have not fixed anything. Now they green mesh that was under the sod it sticking up out of the ground. It is everywhere and is a hazard to my dogs and my grandkids. I had another landscaper come out and look at the year and he could not believe what this company did. I would really like my money back since they messed up my entire yard.

The initial consultation took a while to get done. But once completed, the work happened pretty quickly. I had more done than just the "package deal". My entire yard needed a lot of work. Everyone in the neighborhood comments how nice it looks now. They did a great job.

I was seeking a quote for landscaping services. Tim and his staff were extremely professional and friendly. They were very responsive and the quote was reasonable. Unfortunately, other project expenses I had to fix up my rental property were very high, so the landscaping was something I decided to attempt on my own. I will absolutely consider Tim for any future needs though!

Purchased a $375 landscaping package through Angie's List. They came out right away and we were impressed enough that we decided to have them go ahead and do some other work on top of the AL deal to include mulching, general trimming, cleanup, and some additional flowers/plants. They had some great ideas that we thought would look great. In the end we were VERY happy with the quality of their work and the end result. Ended up pretty much exactly as we had discussed, so A+ from that standpoint! Where we had issues was more on the upfront scheduling and the actual completion of the work, both of which were down mostly to the busy time of year that we had engaged them I think. It took us a few weeks to get the initial estimate from them which we approved immediately and asked to schedule the work. This is the part that ended up taking quite some time (~2 months). late spring is always busy for these guys, so I understand that there are only 24 hours in a day, but I would have liked better updates and communication on the status of our job along the way. Once they got started, it ended up taking longer than anticipated which was somewhat inconvenient due to some get togethers that we were trying to schedule at our house. Overall, I think they do some great work and are great guys to deal with, I just think this past spring must have been a super busy one for them and we got caught up in all of that. I believe that if you can catch them at the right time and get scheduled right away, you will love the end results.

I asked for a boulder for my front garden with wow factor and got just that WOW it was BEAUTIFUL!!! A very thoughtful landscape design with attention to detail. Very knowledgable about the plants to be used in the landscaping and very responsive to incorporating my ideas as well. The gentlemen that installed everything were very meticulous and neat. Beautiful Earth is aptly named, everything was BEAUTIFUL just BEAUTIFUL!!

The services provided were great from start to finish. From Jeff and his design to all the hard work done by the technicians, it was a wonderful experience. The were prompt, efficient and professional. All the work promised was done and the clean up was complete. I will use this service again in the future. My thanks to all for a job well done.

They were very busy, so it was sometimes hard to get in touch with them to schedule the service, but they did a fantastic job and I'm really pleased.

The job went very quickly. They were done in one day and when they were finished the area looked very nice and professionally done.

Total job took nearly two months because of weather, illness if workers, and our vacation. Beautiful Earth was very easy to work with and flexible in both their schedule and in payment plans. Plants provided were not very good. Also mulching was incomplete.

It went well. They were a little late as they were running late from the job the day before. They came, got to work right away, never break, completed in under 4 hrs. love the new look now. I'm happy!

Scheduling the initial meeting was not bad, but did take a bit of follow up. Once we met they looked at the yard and made recommendations on how much sod we would need. I asked if they would measure and they just paced it off and suggested we would need 2 of the deals plus some extra. I understood that we would need more sod than the one deal would provide but without proper measurement you can't be sure how much more you need. Later my wife and I measured the yard and figured out we didn't need the extra beyond the second deal and would actually have leftover from the second deal purchase. I also had to remind them that deal included tilling, which they made sound like was a mistake on the deal, but included it in the end. It then took several weeks to schedule them to actually put the sod down. We did have some work to finish up in the yard before they could come out, but we had that done 2 weeks later and it still took near a month (and 2-3 phone calls) for them to come out. Once they came out the workers were professional and tilled up the yard then laid the sod per the stakes we had set out. They had delivered two pallets of sod and we didn't use all of it so they left a bit of the extra at the side of the house. Something that seemed kinda strange was they loaded a bunch of it back onto their truck. Now I am not sure if it is normal for sod companies to deliver more than someone ordered or what, but it seemed weird to me. If I paid for it I should keep the product right? I don't know exactly how much they took back or exactly how much they left and i didn't make a fuss about it, because i really wasn't sure what I would have done with most of it anyway. I probably could have tilled up the front or side yard and had that done, but if that sod was part of the deal I purchased and there was that much extra and the deal included tilling, shouldn't have they asked if I had another area of yard that it could be installed to?) Either way the backyard looks great now and the grass is doing well. It is thinning in some spots, but I think that is more of a shade/drainage issue with yard that I am working on, not the grass itself.
