Their service has gone very well. I have used the company for quite some time. The staff is very thorough, clean and helpful. They have given us great information regarding our chimney. They left us a quote for some additional services. The technician cleaned the chimney from the top to bottom. He is very tidy and neat in his work. He makes sure that there is no mess left after a job. They are pretty good at following up after a service if there is a need. They are happy to answer any questions you have. We have really enjoyed working with the company. I have never had any problem scheduling a service.

Fred did a great job. He was able to work me into his schedule quickly and showed up on time. He was extremely neat and clean. He kept me involved at various points so I knew what to look for to judge wheter or not it needed sweping again. He also discovered cracked and damaged refractory panels, talked about the pluses and minuses of replacemt and gave me the name of someone who could do the work. His price was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Ace Chimney sweeps - I know I'll have Fred Kaiser back any time my chimney needs cleaning.

Fred has to be one of the best out there. He hits on all the rating points of Quality-Responsiveness-Punctuality-Professionalism, and gets an A+ from me. As other reviewers stated, he is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Fred came out to give me an estimate to install a Fireplace insert that I was purchasing from a big box store. After we agreed on an install date, he kept in touch with me via email regarding the logistics, requirements and needed accessories for the insert. As the date came closer, I was very confident that this install would go well. And it did. No surprises. Arrived to the minute arranged (despite traveling 45 minutes). Fred had an assistant, a nice guy also, and they got it done in about 5 hours. I was pleasantly amazed when Fred showed me the chimney cap he was using. It looked nicer and was of better quality that was offered by all those "Fireplace" companies out there when I was shopping around for fireplace inserts. Again, outstanding quality and service. The house was just as clean as it was that morning. "100% satisfied." Something that rarely happens to me nowadays. Fred is highly recommended! UPDATE. Fred came out to do the yearly chimney cleaning per the warranty requirement of the flue pipe company. No issues, complete professionalism.

Fred has been our chimney sweep for 32 years, Hs is polite and always on time. He very professional and very personable. He really is a good guy and does a great job. He comes out and cleans out the chimney once a year and alsocleans the gutters if there is debris or sticks in the way. If there was an A+ I would give it to him

My fall service for my furnace found a plugged flue. Fred was recommended to me by my HVAC guy. Fred responded to my call and scheduled the appt in 2 days. He called to let me know he was on time, arrived a few minutes early. He diagnosed the problem and clearly explained how he would solve it as well as the measures he was taking to keep my home clean. After removing the squirrel's nest, he recommended a preventative solution. He installed the cap and left the job site back the way he found it. In addition he checked my fireplace and gas logs and helped me understand a few more things about the operation and best way to use the system. That wasn't even in my request! :) Very kind and very proficient. Good service. I would recommend to anyone.

Fred is terrific. He is very neat and professional. Courteous and thorough. I trust him completely to give good advice and do an expert job at a very reasonable price. I called last week and set up my appointment. Fred called the night before as a reminder that he would be here the next day and the time. He showed up on time, was very clean and professional. He answered all of my questions, made some suggestions for maintenance, and even gave me some names of people who could do the extra woork that I might want done. When he was finished, he presented me with a bill that was exactly as he said it was going to be. I will definately have him back to clean my Chimney.

He came when he said he would. He cleaned up well after he was done cleaning the chimney. He showed me how to operate the chimney safely, since this is our first fireplace.

He was prompt and informative. He was extremely knowledgeable and expert, fixing the problem with a combination of fabrication and access to discontinued parts. All at a very reasonable price for the work and time involved.

We have used Ace Chimney Sweeps in the past. As before Fred arrived promptly, at the scheduled time ad got right to work. He covered the area in front of the wood stove and fireplace with a canvas tarp during the cleaning, and did an excellent job keeping the soot off of anything else. He also inspected the chimneys and let us know that there was nothing wrong with them, though we would probably have to consider some maintenance on one of the caps in the future.

They were very timely, and followed up. They also arrived on time and provided very good service.
