Fred was on time, professional, and took pride in his work. He explained what he was doing and answered any questions I had. He left the job site looking better than when he arrived. I would highly recommend him for your project.

Fred was EXCEPTIONAL....he was on time, professional, courteous, and explained all of our questions in great detail. We had lived in this house for 12 years and the chimney and fireplace had not been cleaned professional in all that time. Fred came out and just did a FANTASTIC job. He gave us tips and help to keep it clean going forward. We will use him again and tell all of our friends about him for sure. Just awesome. He was so friendly and personal too.

Fred is a true professional. He is excellent at explaining what needs to be done, and how he will complete it. He walked me through the whole process and gave a written quote that outlined exactly what he was going to perform. He was punctual and courteous, and a skilled craftsman. Was going to have my chimney checked and cleaned for a fireplace that was converted by the previous owner from wood to gas. I talked to Fred and he walked me through to check it and said that looks like it was cleaned when it was converted like it should've been done. Fred was very friendly, honest and called back on a timely matter when I left him a message.

Both times Fred was a true professional. He is great with communication, punctuality and professionalism. He even explains what is happening and why he is doing what he is doing. Which is very much appreciated! We had no issues either time and would certainly hire ACE Chimney Sweeps again.

Fred is great! He called immediately to schedule the work, called the night before to confirm, and came exactly when he said he would. Not only did he inspect and clean our two chimneys in anticipation of some masonry work on the crowns, I also feel like I got a 'Chimney 101' class in the bargain. He explained everything he was doing and showed me the ins and outs of how our somewhat dodgy damper fits and works. He left the site immaculately clean as well. I will absolutely call on Fred again when we need our chimneys cleaned in the future. He's a consummate pro!

Fred was wonderful and I would definitely use him for any work which he performs on chimneys. He is a very honest person. His estimates are free. He was punctual and spent time answering all our questions. He was so thorough. I wish we had something that we could use him for now. For what we needed done, he does not do that particular type of work. We need a new chimney crown and new doors. He gave us other company recommendations for these jobs. He helped oil our damper opener and adjusted our glass doors. He told us our chimney was clean and we did not need to have it cleaned at this time. He told us we needed to buy a new log holder inside the fireplace and told me where to buy it in the fall. He did all this for free. It is rare in this day and age to have someone tell me that I did not need his services. He is a rare find and I will use him when I need my chimney cleaned.

Ace was referred to us by our neighbors. I called and spoke with Mr. Kaiser. He was very professional and polite. We scheduled an appointment to have our chimney swept. On the day of the appointment Mr. Kaiser was on time, introduced himself with a eye contact and a firm hand shake. I immediately felt comfortable letting this gentleman into my home.I introduced Mr. Kaiser to our fireplace and he began to work. Mr. Kaiser was very respectful of our home. He went above and beyond to ensure he did not tract dirt into home. He laid cloth tarps in the work area to protect our carpets and was careful to remove any items we had displayed near the fireplace. Mr. Kaiser was very knowledgeable and he also has the gift of being able to relay this knowledge to you so that you can understand. He educated me on proper fireplace use, proper wood to burn, how to create a draft, operation of our fireplace doors -basically a mini class on safe fireplace use. Mr. Kaiser also encouraged me to watch and ask questions as he preformed the services the entire time he was in our home.He did things like giving me his light so I could look up the chimney and see the before and after results. He pointed out the good and bad of fireplace and chimney and offered reasonable option to resolve them. At no time did I feel he was trying to up sell me on services or parts I did not need. I feel Mr. Kaiser is a very honest professional chimney sweep that takes a lot of pride in his work and the trade. I recommend him to everyone every time I get a chance.

Fred is wonderful! Answered phone message promptly, came out the next day. Is personable and also very professional. Turns out my fireplace was fine, I just didn't understand how the damper opened and closed! He only charged me a small fee for the trip out and answered all my questions so I understood how the thing works.

It went very well. Fred showed up on time, he inspected and swept the chimney. He laid several drop cloths to not get any soot on the floor. He cleaned up very thoroughly. Once finished, he took the time to explain how to properly use my fireplace (venting, back drafts, etc).

They do a real good job. They usually spend at least 30 minutes when they come out, but it depends on how often the stove was used. Their pricing is reasonable. We have been using them for about 10 years.

The job typically takes 2-3 hours and my wife is at home usually. We're very satisfied. He's very professional and an outstanding provider. We feel he is extremely good.

I have used the company for about 25 years. I use the company once a year. Fred is very nice and extremely neat in his work. He goes above and beyond for his customers. He is very easy to work with and always punctual. I have never had any problem scheduling the service. He has even called me the night before the service to remind me he will be coming out.

I have used the company for about 5 years. Fred knows his stuff and does great work. We live in a log cabin so it is important to make sure the chimney is clean. The pricing is reasonable for what he does. He always shows up when he says he will and is great with the cleanup after the job. He will send out a card in the mail to let us know it is time to clean the chimney and he even travels out quite a bit to get to us. I just let him know to come out when it is convenient for him and he does just that. He is an expert in his field and I would use no other company for the job. If I could give him a triple A if I could. I would highly recommend this company to others.
