Description of Work: I hired the company to clean the chimney. The service went well. I had used the company before in the past. One technician came out and completed the job in about 1 hour or less. He is very courteous and thorough. He seems to do a good job.

+ -1 moreFRED KAISER WAS QUITE METICULOUS AS FAR AS WE COULD OBSERVE. HE EXPLAINED TO US WHAT HE WAS DOING WHILE CLEANING OUR CHIMNEY. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WE WOULD DEFINITELY HAVE HIM BACK AGAIN IF IT WASN'T FOR THE FACT THAT WE HAD GAS LOGS INSTALLED RIGHT AFTER HE CLEANED THE CHIMNEY. WE HAVE HAD OTHER SWEEPS CLEAN OUR CHIMNEY, BUT WE FEEL THAT FRED DOES A MUCH BETTER JOB THAN THE OTHERS WE HAVE USED IN THE PAST. HE LEFT WORK PLACE CLEAN. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS SERVICE.

+ -1 moreFRED KAISER WAS VERY PROMPT, RESPONSIVE, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL AS WELL AS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HE CLEANED A CHIMNEY THAT HAD NOT BEEN PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED IN SEVERAL YEARS AND WHICH HAD CREOSOTE DAMAGE DUE TO AN IMPROPERLY INSTALLED INSERT. HE DID A VERY THOROUGH CLEANING THAT HAD TO HAVE TAKEN MORE THAN THE USUAL AMOUNT OF TIME (YET, DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA)...AND INSTALLED A NEW STAINLESS CAP FOR A VERY REASONABLE COST. HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND OFFERED SOME EXCELLENT ADVICE. WE'LL BE CALLING HIM FOR OUR YEARLY CLEANINGS FROM NOW ON.
