Plumbing 911

The line is working well. I had asked them to do something else but they said it would cost over $400 and I declined and said just put in the wire. Just one tech to install the water line in about a half hour.

It worked out fantastic. They were great, top notch. The workers were excellent and very professional. They left the area perfectly clean. Everything was great.

They didn't clear all the drains out that they were suppose to do, so they job was not totally complete. They then caused some water to come up through the basement, and I had water in my carpet. I had to tend to the wet carpeting, and then they wanted me to sign up to get some foundation done which was $3000. I did not feel like I needed it at that time. I had just had new lawn put in and they would have had to tear up the lawn.

They were great. Efficient, timely, and excellent follow up.

I had to have them come out twice. They snaked it the first time, and then it backed up again, so they had to come snake it again. Well, after two times, it was effective. They just didn't get the job done the first time. The worker I came in contact with seemed to be ok. One person came to complete the service. It took an hour to complete the service.

I have used them several times. They are absolutely fantastic. They are dependable. That means a lot when you have a contractor. They show up when they say they are going to come.

They did a very good job. We are supposed to be moving the tree sometime this month. They had to wait 9 months. There was so much dirt that we couldn't do anything with it until 9 months, I guess until it settled. To come in because we didn't know what was happening. My husband was getting ready to go to church. The toilet backed up and all this black stuff came out. I didn't know a plumber so we looked in the Yellow Pages. We found 911 Plumbing and called them and they came out and he inspected it. At first, he didn't know it was as serious as it was. They did a temporary cleaning out of the pipes and stuff and putting down the snake and everything. They charged us $522 for that. That was on a Saturday. He said it seemed like it was deeper because they had a camera and they put that down and the camera got stuck in the pipe because there was so much roots down there but they didn't know it at the time. They came back about 2 days later to see if he could get the camera out because he said it cost about $2000 and he didn't want it to stay down there. That's when they found out the blockage. At first, they thought it was out in the street and we wouldn't have to pay for it but then they found out it was right in the yard, the big blockage was. About two days later they had to bring in the big trucks and all that. That's when they had to start digging. At first he told us $4000 and my husband said to bring it down a little bit so they charged us $3000. They came 3 different days and brought 3 different trucks. Came at 9:00 on Monday and were here until about 6:00 putting the PVC pipes in. They did work with us on the price. That was a lot of work. We haven't had any more problems. He said we wouldn't have any more problems for 10 years, probably 20 years, but we have got to get that tree out because we don't know how fast the roots are growing. The little chimney they had is sticking up so they have to come back as soon as the landscaping is done to make that even. They did work with us about the price. He said it was going to be almost $6000 and my husband said no way. He thought they had cleared it out until the camera got stuck down in the ground. They company is a very good company.

The service worked out well. I was satisfied with them. They were punctual, professional and did a good job.

They are awesome; they are fantastic. They have been to my house, probably four or five times over the last couple of years and I highly recommend them. They have fixed toilets and leaks over the years. They have installed plumbing and have done all kinds of stuff. They are professional, fast, friendly and they get the job done right the first time. They are trustworthy too. I just don't let anyone come in to my home and they are trustworthy. The workers I come in contact with are awesome. All of the workers I had are fantastic.

It went very well. He was quick. Kept everything clean. Explained the difference in the new water heater versus the old.

Work was done well and quickly. I called on Sunday afternoon and they came out to fix the leak on Monday morning, but other places were about the same wait if not longer. The leak was inside a shower, so it was not like it was flooding any other part of the home, just wasting some water.

The plumber arrived promptly in the evening and called for backup support. He quoted a price and stood by the price even though the work was more extensive than originally anticipated. Both gentlemen unplugged the sewer line and ran a camera to insure the line was cleared to the street. They cleaned up the area to perfection. These 2 gentlemen were excellent and we would highly recommend them

They did the diagnosis, the excavation, and the installation. Quick, and accurate.

It went great. They came out and put a camera in the pipes and decided a water jet was the right move. They proceeded to clean the pipes and didn't leave until everything was running great and the pipes were cleaned. I would DEFINITELY call again.

Called them to come out. The service technician did not even go down in the basement to look at the drain/master pipe. He wrote me up at 3,200 quote, saying he had to jackhammer things, etc. I then found out they had free estimates.e then had to call his company to see how much he should charge for a quote, even though they ended up charging me an $89 Service fee to come out I ended up calling another company, and they fixed the issue within twenty minutes. Definitely not a good experience with plumbing 911.

It went very well. A lot of companies do not do Mobile Home Services Plumbing 911 was more than willing to help me out. They came out the same day got my water running again and help me keep my sanity. Frozen pipes are a nightmare if you have them call Plumbing 911. I will use them again and I do highly recommend them

Plumbing 911 showed up on time and had a leaky pipe replaced in less than 45 minutes. I would definitely use them again!

Great! We love this company, they are very fast at getting here, work as quickly as possible, clean up afterwards, always fair pricing.

1. The guy that came out didn't seem to know why I called. 2. We went to the basement to look at drain pipes. His first comment was "Where do you want me to start?" as he pointed his flashlight to some possible issues. He also mentioned a few times grease build up from kitchen disposal and I let him know I don't pour grease down my drains. 3. I told him I waited until Mon. to call a plumber due to pricing and he said their prices are always the same. 4. We reviewed my options and the costs involved. I chose their Hydro flush to just get it all out. The next day water/ sewage was backing up in the basement. 5. I called them back to get the rest out to the street. The same plumber came and acted like he was doing me a favor. He wouldn't charge me for this visit.

John was extremely prompt..also excellent at explaining everything to us adn did a superior job of making things better than they were..Would definitely call for John again..He is A-1

On time, VERY polite and professional. Careful to remove shoes and clean up after they were finished. Found the problem (where others did not), got the necessary parts quickly, made the repairs and thoroughly tested to be sure the problem was fixed.
