Terrible. Guys got out there and told me it needed to be replaced FAIRLY quickly, a few days. I called my home warranty company and gave them all the information I had, the plumber then had to call the company and give his diagnosis. This apparently took him more than a week because he "was put on hold for 45+ minutes" every time he called them, even though I've dealt with this home warranty company extensively and they are very responsive. Contractor dodged my calls and did not return voicemails until I escalated the issue to management. I ended up calling the warranty company, getting the person he needed to speak to in about 30 seconds, calling him to merge the call... and of course he didn't pick up so I left a testy voicemail explaining what I'd been trying to do. They magically reached the home warranty company a couple hours later. My tenant says the installer was friendly and the new heater is working fine, so that's good. However, I did not receive the invoice I needed to submit to the home warranty company for weeks, and had to call them for it. When I called in they asked if my name was Gay Five. Sigh. Never using them again.

When talking to the tech I suggested going as inexpensive as possible while still getting satisfactory, although not excellent, quality. The tech was talking an extreme fix.which would have been very expensive. We compromised on a lesser fix that he suggested, along with him warning me that it may not be a long term solution. That fix did not work, and he had to return the next day. At that time, a third alternative that was not previously suggested, was offered up. It worked! Had that option been offered up the first day, even at over 1/3 more the cost I would have taken it. Instead I payed over $100 more because of 2 charges. I contacted the company, stated my case and they refunded an amount equivalent to the excess charges. THAT IS IMPRESSIVE. No bickering, excellent customer relations! Any company will eventually make a mistake or two... how they "make good" afterwards separate excellent providers from the pack .. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Plumbing 911.

They dug up my front yard to attach the pipes to the septic tank and then found that the tank was full. I had just had it pumped in Mar. 2017 so this should have been a "red flag" that there was a problem with the septic system. Before I approved the digging and a new kitchen sink/faucet I specifically asked if it could be a problem with the septic system and was told no. I had them replace the sink/faucet, but was not happy with the faucet so I had them replace it. The first faucet installed was $105 more than the faucet I ended up with and I still have not received a refund for the difference. I had to pay $5172 and now I need to replace my entire system for another $12500 and none of the pipes that I paid for will be used. I was told by several of the contractors that gave me estimates to fix the septic that a first year plumber should have known this was an issue, and also that I was over charged for the work by at least $2000. The plumber was nice and I'm sure he only did what he was told by his boss. He was very apologetic when I had to have him come back 12/18 when my sump pump would not stop running due to the septic tank overflowing. That's when he finally told me it was the septic system and there was nothing he could do. So I have had to pay 3 times in less than a month approx. $200 each time to have my tank emptied to keep it from coming into my house. I have sent two emails to 911 Plumbing since December with absolutely no response back. I have also not received the warranty and owners manual for my sink that I requested in December.

I called shortly after 7:00 AM and had a plumber at my door by 10:30 AM. The job was finished around 12:30 and I can use my kitchen sink again. Adam was friendly, professional, and quite knowledgeable. He took one look at the pipes and showed me that there was a great deal of corrosion, which had eventually caused the hole. Because the pipes were an uncommon size, he had to purchase some of the replacement pieces. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after he was done. He even offered to replace the items that I had removed from the cabinet so he could work. I am very pleased with this company and will definitely use them in the future.

I called Sal's Heating and Cooling and told them I needed someone to please come out right away because the faucet in the garage was leaking badly and I have a home inspection scheduled next week. Sal's said they couldn't come out until next Tuesday. So, I called Plumbing 911 So glad I did! Much better than Sal's! The plumber came right out and was punctual. He did an excellent job and their pricing was reasonable. Very personable guy. I highly recommend. I'll only be using Plumbing 911 going forward.

We called on a Sunday morning and they came (at 11:00am) an hour earlier than they had scheduled (12noon). Our technician was polite and professional and did not waste anytime replacing the sump pump. They quoted me $500 and it came in at $505 and I was able to use the Angie's List Coupon for 10% off and only paid $455. The other plumber we called listed as 24-hour service had quoted $600-625 because it was a Sunday. Plumbing 911 said they do not charge extra for Sundays. They have folks that work regular shifts on Sundays so they do not require overtime.

They did an excellent job. They were a little expensive.

The plumber diagnosed the issue very quickly and was obviously knowledgeable in regard to the the setup (I had thought it was a sump pump versus a sewage grinder). The old unit was removed and replaced for a reasonable amount within an hour.

They are prompt, and friendly and professional and they do a good job. The workers are friendly, confident, good. We have been using them for home and rental since about 2005.

They were very good about helping us find other plumbers who could fix the deeper issue they couldn't help us with.

On September 1, 2016 the representative from Plumbing 911 arrived to clear our drain. We were quoted $205.00. He ran the snake twice, said all was good and then gave us an estimate for a Hydro Jet drain, $650 and another quote to replace the drain in the floor and replace the cement floor, $3200. They gave us a 30-day warranty. In the beginning of November, the drain began to back up again, so we had them come back out. Same technician, this time we chose the Hydro Jet. He stated the cast drain was in poor shape and he could get the jet throught the floor drain very well. The water drained better after he was done. The charge was $550. This time the estimate to repair the drain and concrete was $1850.00. By Mid January the drain was backing up a third time. We called Allen Drain, they arrived the next day and ran a basic snake. Allen charged $145.00. We have had absolutely no issues since then.

Plumbing 911 came out and starting assessing the issue. They originally believed the blockage to be directly under the toilet. They attempted to clear via snake and water pressure with no luck. After hours and hours and a total of 3 different workers including the owner coming out they tell us that our sewer line is cracked and clogged about 40 feet outside our house under our driveway and issue us a quote for $4000 to dig up our driveway and fix but would not guarantee this would solve the problem and wrote specifically in the quote the $4k only covered checking and replacing 10 feet of pipe. They proceeded to charge us $750 for not fixing anything and left. Having not been sold on these guys "expertise" I decided to get a second opinion and called Allen Drain service. They came out and diagnosed the problem in less than an hour by identifying the problem was actually a crack in the pipe directly outside our house (over 35 feet from where plumbing 911 wanted to dig) Allen charged us only $140 to do this vs the $750 plumbing 911 charged)they also got us set up with an excavator who dug up the pipe and replaced the bad section for a total of $1000! Moral of this story is avoid plumbing 911 and call Allen Drain for any Drain or sewer related issues. I easily could have been in $5000 with plumbing 911 and still had an unresolved problem. If someone from Plumbing 911 reads this review feel free to refund some of my $750 I paid you to do nothing but based on the level of service I received from you I bet you won't.

Couldn't unclog tree roots. Gave verbal quote of. Up to 5k to fix (under concrete drive). Had fixed (rerouted to backyard for under 1k other contractor).

It went very well. The tech was able to get the part uninstalled, after I tried for hours and the new part in. He put everything back together and even solved a problem created when the house was built.

Very well. I use them all the time. They have done a lot of work for me in the past 2 years. They respond very quickly. They are very courteous. They know what they are doing. You call them and they come right out. If you have an emergency, they will send someone out quickly as possible. They are very very competitive and I would say better prices than most plumbers. They show up when they say they are gonna be there. The job usually takes as long as they quoted at. They are very professional people. They are a very good company. I have had several different plumbers come out over the years and they are all very professional.

They did a great job. Two people came out and it took about eight hours. They left the area very clean.

The line is working well. I had asked them to do something else but they said it would cost over $400 and I declined and said just put in the wire. Just one tech to install the water line in about a half hour.
