Plumbing 911

AMAZING service from the 1st call into the friendly customer service right up through the end of a complete replacement a collapsed drain pipe in my front yard. Plumbing 911 made me feel at ease, they were up front with costing, what it was going to entail, and the time frame of completion to expect. They completely exceeded my expectations and are going to definitely be on my speed dial for sure!!! Can't recommend this company enough!!

I’ve used Plumbing911 twice: first for faucet replacement and then an emergency leak repair. Each instance the plumbers were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The repairs were completed efficiently and correctly. They were able to schedule the dates and dates at my convenience and the plumbers called within the planned arrival window given by the office. I highly recommend them.

An appointment was made for the following day. The technician was a little late due to an early appointment. It was obvious that the water heater was bad and needed replaced. He gave us a quote, we agreed as the price was reasonable. The technician started draining the tank, then he left to get the replacement. When he came back he had help. The new tank was different the the old so it took some creativity to reconnect the plumbing. The only issue I have with it was that the technician was a bit confused about the proper vent pipe to be used. Other than that they did a fine job.

So happy that they worked with us to resolve the issue rather than just needing to replace it!

Plumbing 911 is absolutely the best! They are the only plumbing company I would call. They not only got the job done, but they genuinely cared : )

Person cam out after I called back once. Came late. Then, he didn't even take a close look at the project and gave me a cost of $1000.00 to do the job. Replace approx 5 foot of pipe. Maybe hydrojet if needed. Would only have been $600.00 if hydroject not needed. I had someone else come out who got down and really looked at the job. Found that the drain wasn't even hooked up to my primary pipes from the back yard. No work needed to be done. Really? This is who you recommend????? Sad. Yes, I am a single woman also. Hate to be treated unfairly.

Agreed to their quote, scheduled the job, then received a last minute cancellation. Asked for their next available appointment to reschedule but we never received a response.

The guy from Plumbing 911 came out and did a pressure test. Charged me $247.00 and then told me I probably had pinhole leaks all over and for him to find them,he would have to tear out ceilings and walls at a cost $3995.00 I wanted a second opinion so I called the Blankenship Brothers.They came right out and found a leaky valve.I was charged $ 175.00 and problem was fixed.I called the management at Plumbing 911 and she was understanding and refunded the $247.00

Bathtub wasn't draining and nothing I did would work. Finally had to call a plumber who discovered the drain wasn't clogged and persisted until he found, and fixed, the problem. The bathtub drain now works better than ever. Service was over and above! From the initial call, everyone was courteous and very professional. I will definitely use them again.

The scheduling office was responsive and helpful, and kept in touch with me throughout the day to update me on arrival time for the plumber. He was able to unclog the sink quickly.

I've used Plumbing 911 for several problems in my 100yr. old home. The first time was because after 5 large bottles of drain cleaner I could not open the drain!!! John separated the kitchen drain from the laundry drain. He replaced and corrected the traps. I moved the washer and dryer to the basement. John ran new water lines, gas line, and vented the dryer. All the problem have been resolved. John was truly pleasant, kind and very knowledgeable!!!!! Thank You
