It was a easy service and they charged me a lot for. He went to the store and purchased some valves and then changed them. The washer and dryer lines were leaking and I needed someone to come out to see what the issue was. I wished they would have told me what the issue was and then I could have changed them myself. This was done during regular business hours. They did fix the issue and this was the first time that I have I have used them. Update 12/6/13: I have spoken to the co-owner of the company over the phone. This was my first experience hiring a plumber, so I was surprised by the charge for what turned out to be a very simple job. My take away from our conversation is that cost of a professional licensed plumber does come with a substantial amount of overhead. In future, I will be better at evaluating what jobs are specialized enough to warrant a licensed professional and what I could do myself. They were kind enough to give a small refund to take away some of the sting. I am satisfied with this response and see no reason not to use this company in the future if the job requires their expertise.

They were good. I had an emergency once and they came out at night for me. We had a septic system and the pipe was clogged. Another time tree roots came out and they used a high pressure system that cut the roots. That service was done during the regular business hours. They were very helpful. During the emergency one plumber came out and the 2nd time 2 plumbers came out. I like that they are local and a family owned business. They really care about their customers and even called to follow up after one of the services that they had done work for us for.

They came out and checked the drains and faucets. We were having some leak issues. They were here for only about an hour and a half and 1 plumber came out. He was nice and he explained that we needed to tighten the faucet pull out about once a month. He was a thorough as he could have been. The issue was it had gotten loose and it was leaking; he was able to tighten that for us. He took care of that with no problems. We have been taken care of that ever since. He wasn't able to find the issue in our bathroom, but he did put a trap under bathroom plumbing. I turned on the cold water, but I should have turned on the hot water, which is when the noise starts to happen. This service was done during regular hours.

They did a good job. It was satisfactory. I called them up, because I had an issue with the sewer backing up. They came out and they found some trouble and that it had to get that dug out. There were about 4-5 plumbers who came out to do this work. It took them about a couple of days to complete the work. They did a good job and there has been nothing wrong ever since.

It went OK. The problem is fixed....at least for today. Worker was here 2 hours including his run to the store to get new drain. I felt FOR the job he did he charged way too much. I thought job was worth under $500. I wont know because he came out same day to estimate and fix problem. No charge for estimate but only for job. But I needed to get it fixed that same day and nobody else had called in the mean time.

We contacted this company first thing in the morning and they responded very quickly. Arrived when they said they would and told us what options there were. Just a plain snake (that would clear the pipes) or a 'water jet' snake (that would clear the pipes while shooting a jet of water to clear the pipe & had a camera). We opted for the water jet type and the owner was contacted and brought the machine right over. They proceeded to clear the pipe and when done, told us that they believed our pipes to be sound. The problem seems to be at the street (with the city) where the pipe has begun to collapse on top. We were relieved to find out that our pipes were good (so that we didn't have to replace any piping). This has been an ongoing problem and we now know how to deal with it. Plumbers are expensive but I think this was worth the price because we were not able to see the problem ourselves.

The gentleman who came out was punctual and professional. Seemed knowledgeable about fixing leaks. He completed the work in an evening, the repair has held so far, and I felt his price was fair. Would call again.

They came out and cleaned out the drain clear out to the street. They were very nice and they came out late at night. They did what the said they would do and when they said.

Rob came out gave me the choice of the jet which would completely clear the drain $560.00 or the snake which is a temp fix, I do not recall that estimate. I went with the jet fix. He did talk up his boss, and did like working for this company. He was covering my area for someone who was on vacation. I did get a discount for a coupon in our mail for $40.00. I did not do enough research as to the average price range for the cleaned out drain. I will look more into the option of a new drain, I think $4800. is over the top, since I had my drains completely around the house replaced for $10000. After they cleared the drain, they showed with the camera how the roots have been removed. They showed the damage done from the roots which in time will cause the drain to crumble and the ground to cave in.

We felt the estimate was extremely high. Also, the way the technician said he would do the work was not satisfactory. The company called the next day to say they would lower the estimate. This did not seem very professional.
