Plumbing 911

Description of Work: I called plumbing 911 for a Saturday emergency service call, but they didnt call me back for hours, and then they said they don't have the expertise to replace the well water holding tank that leaked in my basement. They recommended I call a well service provider; however, I got another, more responsive plumber from Angie's list to perform what he said is a routine repair.

Description of Work: Earlier in the day, I had a plumber come to my house because there was some sort of blockage in the line between my washing machine and my back toilet. Every time my washing machine would go through the spin cycle, my toilet would overflow. The first plumber actually went into the line with the washing machine and pulled out a hunk of roots and lint, but he wasn't able to solve the problem. He recommended Plumbing911. I called them and they were able to come later that day, which was great. They cleared my main sewer line by pulling the toilet and jetting the line out. Before they did the water jet, they did a camera inspection which showed I had tons of roots and this was the only way to go. They spent over 2 1/2 hours at my house and I could see the pipes were clean by the time they left. They did a fabulous job, were very friendly, and actually made it a nice experience. Shane and Derek were awesome.

Description of Work: Unclogged my main sewerage line to the street in the basement using a camera and water jet system. A large maple tree's roots had eaten into the old pipe in several places and needed to be cleared out. I saw the whole operation - it was facinating! Needless to say, the drains flow wonderfully now.

Description of Work: First they snaked a drain. Then had a jet wash machine in to cut out tree roots, flush & clean. Very pleased with the team & service in every way!

Description of Work: Bad!' They tried to push us to spend a lot money AND they made a mess. I had water all over my laundry room. I called to complain after I had someone else come out, they didn't make no where the mess 911 did so I asked for $$ back, said they would BUT NEVER SAW a DIME. Would never recommend this co.

Description of Work: Total rebuild of drainpipes in kitchen and bathroom. Totally worth it. No problems since.

Description of Work: The plumber that came out to fix a dripping shower had to come out twice. I actually had to call another plumber to fix the dripping shower because it still wasn't fixed by plumbing 911 after two tries. On top of it all the plumber was rude and uninformative when we asked about having kitchen disposal replaced because it started leaking as well.

Description of Work: Installed hot water tank after flooding in my home they were prompt, courteous , have used them for other emergencies as well.

Description of Work: Moved gas line 2 ft. Used flex line. I had to ground and was not moved where I wanted guess he wanted it in the way of my Elevator install. Was shopping 2 times for parts 2x?? and one of those times came back with nothing. was working at site for maybe 1/2 hr. Next time I will make time to do it myself. Then it will be how i want it.

Description of Work: They did for work us 2 years ago. I think it was a plumbing issue with the toilet or the sink. They did an excellent job. We called them and they came out right away.
