They did an excellent job.

Mr. Arnold showed up on the day scheduled and was on time.He took his time in researching the project while I was there. He was also very thorough in making sure that we were both "on board" with what I wanted done. He stated that he would get an estimate to me that day and he did just that. After researching several contractors from the Medina area on Angie's List, Mr. Arnold was the only one with straight A's. All the others seemed to have D's or F's for each A or an "average" rating at best. His rating was "stellar" With that being said, Mr. Arnold was not the lowest prIce, but he was not the highest either but considering there was only a difference of $500.00 between all four estimates, and his rating amongst others....It was a no brainer as far as I was concerned. The bottom line is Mr. Arnold did an "OUTSTANDING" job for me and will be doing another job for me next spring.

We got Prices from several companies. We like Josh Arnold from the beginning. Personable, professional. Very willing to explain everything. Work was done in about 3 and a half days. They were very sure everything was even and straight. They worked as if it were their own home. One day they were here from 7am -9:30pm. Cleaned up everything after they were done. We contacted Josh Arnold at Milestone because he had installed our fence and we were very happy with the job he did. He arrived just prior to 8 a.m. on Friday and worked until 6:30. He had the majority of the job done. He returned Saturday to finish the final steps. We had changed our minds a couple of times on the type of door and added lights. Josh had no problem with it. He let us know the good and bad of each type and let us decide.

Josh came out and gave me a quote to put up a privacy fence in my yard. We went over all the diffrerent options, and I decided on vinyl. He came out and dug the post holes, and came back a couple days later to finish putting up the rest of the fence. He ran into some issues with a tree that is in my yard while digging the post hole, but he was able to make everything work.

In spite of several weather interuptions, the total project was completed as agreed to.

He estimated 3 days but it only took him 2. Our property is very uneven and he hit concrete buried by our garage that broke a piece of his equipment. Otherwise, he may have finished in one day. He had to cut a couple of the privacy panels to make them stay close to the ground and adjust for grade. He did this in a very beautiful balanced step down pattern. My neighbors came over and talked with them while they worked. They were polite to my neighbors and continued working.

We contacted Milestone's Josh Arnold and he came on time gave us an estimate we accepted and we waited for the weather to break. He kept us informed via email what was going on. He came when he said he would and there were no surprises. We asked him if he could remove some English Ivy and his partner took care of that and charged us only $30.00 extra. Josh made sure he found some protection for under our new fence because he said the dirt that our neighbors had piled against the old fence would make it deteriorate faster. He found us a good deal on the liner, and we are very happy with him and the job they did.

The job went very well overall. They came out when they said they would and did the work quickly and quietly kept the area clean. They were very polite. Didn?t mind the kids running around. Did a very nice job on the tub, the contractor that installed it originally only used plywood for a base and it was way out of level. Milestone put on a backer board and leveled things up as much as possible without removing the whole tub. Then they ran the tile to hide what was still out of level. All an all very happy with the job.

Josh from Milestone Construction came out and measured three of our windows, made knowledgeable recomendations and gave us a price for our window replacement windows. The price was accepted and the windows were ordered they arived and were installed in about two weeks. they were very prompt, professional and cleaned up after themselves. The work was flawless I would deffinetly recomend them to any one who needs window or home improvements.
