Everything was fine.
Description of Work: All Town has pumped our septic tank for years. Tyler gave us an estimate on replacing our septic system in May of 2016. In addition, he spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with us discussing the new septic systems and why he thinks it's preferable to hang on to the old systems as long as possible. In the end, we did not need to replace our system, but we appreciated his expertise, advice and professionalism and and would recommend All Town for service on septic systems.

Description of Work: They pumped our septic tanks. The serviceman was very helpful in advising us that some areas of our septic system (not the tanks he was pumping) needed attention, which we were unaware of but later replaced ourselves. We were grateful for his observation and information.

Description of Work: Our septic tanks needed drained but we were not sure where they were located. Two employee came out first and located the tanks and the lids very quickly and dug the holes to the lids. An hour later the tank truck arrived and drained the two septic tanks. Everyone was very nice and professional. We will definitely call All Town & Country for future work.

Description of Work: Gave me a window from 2-6... was here @ 2:00 Gentleman was very nice, took 27 minutes to pump 1 tank. Wrote check for him, and was completed. Very nice and VERY Professional. Also answered all my questions, because this was the first time I had a septic system.

THEY DID THE DIGGING REQUIRED TO OPEN THE TANKS WITHOUT FIRST ASKING ME TO DO IT OR CHARGING ME FOR IT. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND NEAT ABOUT THEIR WORK. THEY KEPT THEIR APPOINTMENT PROMPTLY.

CALLED ALL TOWN, THEY GAVE US A PRICE AND A DATE THEY WOULD BE HERE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME DID NOT TARE UP THE YARD, AND CLEANED BOTH TANKS. WE NOW HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM NICE JOB.
