ALL TOWN & COUNTRY SEPTIC SERVICE

They scheduled for same day due to a leak in the house, they called before coming & when we let them know we were going to shovel to clear the lid to the tank. When we called to let them know the tank lid was uncovered they said the technician who called us said we canceled (which we did not! ) They rescheduled for the next morning, which ended up being subzero temperatures & the technician, Daniel, was great, but they sent him without proper equipment & because of the temperatures, the lid was frozen shut. He said to call back to the office & they said when we get it opened to give them a call back. When I called & asked to talk to the manager because I was upset that the technician the day before had canceled & lied & that we had sewage flowing into our basement. He called back & left a voicemail while I was at work, said he "didn't need this s***", that I should be happy I didn't get charged a service fee when his tech who wasn't properly equipped couldn't open the lid & that he had trucks that needed repair. Had he known his trucks needed repair, they shouldn't have taken us on in the 1st place. If didnt have the proper equipment for freezing temperatures, he shouldn't have taken the call on in the 1st place. He refused to come out the next day & help with the waste clean up needed due to the negligence & lack of communication. I ended up finding an emergency 24hr company who came out because both days he waited until it was too late to schedule with another company for the same day, both days his company was supposed to come out. The manager was horrible, the tech was great.

The service person arrived within the scheduled time. He was professional, courteous, efficient, and took the time to answer all my questions. I've never owned a home with a septic system before, so i had a lot of questions. He took his time and walked me through everything. It could not have been any easier.

In two years they have only raised the price $10, not bad. What i like is we have two tanks and they look and told us the second one died and only checked the one. They were more honest about that.

They even checked out some stuff when i smelled some odors. He went and checked and there were some debris around a pipe and cleaned it and it worked again and they did not charge us extra. They were in the driveway when i got there.

Good, arrive when they said they would, coordinated with person who services septic and we had contract with. Everything went smooth!

They were prompt and put me at the front of their list of jobs since I could not run any water. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had my system back up and running in less than an hour they did a fantastic job I will defenitely use them in the future for all of my septic needs.

I called on Thursday and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday between 8 and 11 am. The gentleman showed up just before 9 am and was professional looking and his truck was in good repair. I showed him the septic head and he went straight to work he asked me a few questions to determine if I was having any problems. He was finished up around 9:30 and I was able to pay by credit card over the phone when he was finished with his work. Very nice,courteous and professional.

My experience with Town and Country was perfect. The appointment making process over the phone was very friendly, easy, and quick, buy not rushed. The driver, Jeff, arrived right in the middle of the time window provided and was very friendly and professional. He explained to me what he would be doing and how the my system was functioning. Payment was collected after the work was done. I am extremely satisfied with Town and Country and they now have a customer for life.

All Town and Country Septic Service , the person setting up the cleaning was very friendly and helpful. And they were able to set up an appointment within two days that they would be able to do this, when I expressed concern that it did seem full, though not an emergency. They asked what kind of driveway I had (concert). When I inquired how I could pay for this, I was offered many ways - credit card was one and they do not charge extra to use the credit card. The person with the truck came within the time they said they would. He checked all the tanks before proceeding to clean out the first tank. He let me know, that actualy the level was normal, what they look for and how often I should clean the first tank and the secondary tank. He cleaned out the area where we switch to the upper and lower fingers. Offered to switch it if we had not already done it (which we do this ourselves). I will use All Town and Country again and if service is always like this (as this was my first time using them), I will use them consistently for this service.

He was very professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He performed the inspection thoroughly and explained things as he went along.

Very responsive; diagnosed problem quickly and repaired quickly the next morning. The repair price was very fair, but the septic pumping increased significantly since last time having it done; possibly due to their costs going up. Great job was done; although minor, they left an oil spot on the driveway from the pumper truck.

Called to make an appt, on Thursday for Friday at noon. Truck arrived at noon, serviceman appologized, he explained he tries to get there a little earlier than the set time. He parked on the street, uncovered the septic tank, inspected the system, unrolled the hose, sucked most of the effluent out, had me flush the toilet a couple of times, then rolled the hose back up, he then proceeded to explain the system to me and how to make sure it served us well into the future.

It went very well, no problems, the guy was very nice, came in did the job and left. Didn't take long at all. And all the problems were solved.

Excellant!! They were everything I listed as an 'A' above. I will definitely use them again, and will recommend them to anyone else!

I never found a better price either.

my septic was baking up into the house. my washing machine was trying to empty but the line was blocked. bilge was filling my bath tub from the drain. i shut the washer off and called all town and country. they had a man out with in 40 minutes. he was courteous and helpful, and had my waste water going in the proper direction in a flash.

In 2 additional hours they had a truck here to empty the tank. The men were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I will definately use them again!

They are always cheerful and always professional. They are very courteous and have done a great job. They are punctual, cooperative, and accommodating, and I could not say enough about them. They never leave a mess and are here when they say they will be. Their pricing seems very reasonable in comparison with what others have paid, although I have not compared prices because I have had no need to call anyone else. I have been quite happy with them, and will contiune to use them.

They were prompt, courteous, and professional. He explained everything thoroughly- he also gave me a brochure which was a huge help. I would highly recommend them to others. It was such a relief to know that my water is working and my septic system is okay. He put my fears to rest. He put everything back the way he found it. They get an A+!

Went fine. Located septic and pumped out solids. Didn't do any real inspection which made the price seem a bit high.

They came out the same day I called them and they were in and out quickly and did what they were supposed to do. I did not price compare, so I don't know how to grade the prices.

They came out the next day (thankfully) and in a short order, had the work done.
