The date and time of the appointment came and went and no one showed up and no one called us to notify that no one was coming. Honestly and dependability is important and is not a quality that this company seems to posses. I just don't understand. If company cannot keep an appointment or is not interested in doing the work is it so hard to just call and let the potential customer know."
