+ -1 moreThe company called and we scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and give us a quote to grade our yard. The date and time of the appointment came and went and no one showed up and no one called us to notify that no one was coming. Honestly and dependability is important and is not a quality that this company seems to posses. I just don't understand. If company cannot keep an appointment or is not interested in doing the work is it so hard to just call and let the potential customer know.

+ 1 moreThe job went well. The job required The investigation of odd sinkhole along septic system. Needed to rule out any septic system compromise. The job turned out to be bigger than originally thought. Luckily the system was not compromised. Jordan was very professional. The site was cleaned left in good condition.

Didn't matter how many question or concerns I had the time was always take to answer and explain. Very reasonable pricing. Clean up was magnificent. Not a tool left behind or any damage. Description of Work: Reliable Excavating did a amazing job. Jordan’s crew was very respectful and they truly held up to their word of being reliable. They had the job done a lot quicker then expected and at a lot better price then other quotes me and my husband got. I was skeptical of it being a newer company with no reviews but though some friends of ours they were suggested and we gave them a shot. Would recommend over and over again. Thank reliable for such fast and great service !
