Description of Work: Excellent Service. I called for help and they were here when they said they would be. The tech performed the repair to our furnace very quickly and had it running in a very short time. He was very polite and professional. I will call them again when I need help with my Furnace or air conditioner.

Description of Work: We got an in-home estimate for a new furnace and central A/C from this company. After the estimator calculated the cost for the work to be done, the high pressure sales tactics began. |This consisted of a price that was good only if we immediately signed a contract with him. We had three other companies scheduled to come to our home two days later, and we didn't succumb to his bait. As it turns out, we are getting a new furnace and A/C unit at a price $2600 lower than this estimator's price. Buyers beware!

Description of Work: Company called me 2 hours prior to my appointment to tell me they were cancelling & could schedule me a week later. This happened after I called a weerk+ prior to set up the appointment. I told them I needed the service done on the originally scheduled date because the property was being sold and closing was the following week. I was told there was nothing they could do. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Description of Work: Provided an estimate for a new furnace and air conditioner. Lengthy presentation (2 hrs.) Ended with a very high sales pitch of sign today or the cost would go up. Very high pressure tactics. Was not pleased and told the saleman that I wanted to compare with other companies. He said but today or the cost will go up. That's how it ended.
