Description of Work: They promptly came to the house to see if they could find what we thought was a mouse or chipmunk in between one of the walls in our home. They did a check around the foundation and placed a few baited traps around the outside by the basement windows (glass block) and checked our attic in the garage. They came out one additional time a week later and caulked around two of the glass block windows. They said they expected to see that some critter had been caught. Well nothing appeared to be caught. I guess the critter that had entered left soon after we heard some noise in the wall. They were courteous and said that we had a 30 day guarantee, so we should call if there was any other problem we were concerned with. They were very nice and we would use them in the future. But, we hope that we will not have any more critters seeking a place to live in between our wall!!! :) | |
