Service was great. They will come out anytime we experience an issue with pests. We are on a monthly program with them.

The exterminator came right out and found out where the mice were coming in. He set traps told me to call if I see anymore. They came out to check the traps. we were mouse free. The tech was very nice and helpful.

Tim, the technician was excellent. He explained what he was doing as he did the job and he was very good at communicating what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. He removed a wasp nest from an exterior light after he finished with the treatment for the ants at no extra charge. I was impressed and would definitely use Hoban in the future.

Hoban person and the follow up where both very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely call on them again.

The tech came on time, asked where we were observing the ants and how frequently, and he told us what their procedure was to get rid of the ants. He sprayed the baseboards on the main level (we have a ranch), in the basement, the foundation outside the house, around the windows, and the trees and bushes close to the house. We did have an ant crawl across the windowsill of the window in our living room & the tech followed the path of the ant. The tech sprayed a powder in behind the windowsill. He told us we may see a few dead ants which we saw about 4-5. The work was guaranteed for 1 month. About 1-1/2 months later we found 4-5 ants crawling around and haven't seen any since.

It went well but I had to call them back a few weeks later due to ants in the sunroom. They were there within an hour, resprayed at no cost to me and I haven't seen a live ant since. They stand behind their service.

They did a great job! They put down traps and plugged up holes. My mom hasn't seen a mouse since. I would highly recommend them!

I use them once a year to keep the bees.They're very good, they can even help with wasp in trees. They always do a good job.

We are on the quarterly plan. That their very punctual and thorough. Yeah, with the quarterly plan, if there is any issue, they will come out for free. It has happened. We have had obstruction in the back yard, and they come out and treat them.

We have never had an issue with them.

A very determined raccoon got into the eve of our bungalow. This raccoon would not eat the food in the live trap for multiple days and keep returning. Hoban worked with me until the raccoon was trapped. Hoban's employees are professional and on time. I would refer Hoban to anyone and use them again for any kind of raccoon issue.

It went okay I guess. I would have probably rated them higher but I was expecting a more thorough inspection for the $150 I paid. The technician Barrett was very polite but towards the end it seemed like he had to go to the next customer because he was exceeding the amount of time allowed for this job. Also after he left I realized he didn't inspect the exterior perimeter of the home. The reason I had Hoban do the inspection was to get a second opinion as I had Terminix do an inspection in early January. Their inspection was free and just as thorough. Both Hoban and Terminix gave me a written report and both reports were fine. I think Terminix has a better guarantee as Hoban's was kind of vague and I would be uncomfortable using their service. I have learned that pest control companies all have the same agenda and that is to sell more of their services because that's where the profits are.

They were thorough by checking exterior points where mice could possibly enter and then caulking up the areas to prevent future entry. Numerous traps were set and within two hours of completion of the work a mouse was caught. After a few weeks I noticed droppings again and they came back out to reinspect any other possible entry points. One other point was identified and was caulked. No more evidence of mice so far!

Needs were addressed promptly and wasp repellant was very effective. We did not have any issues with wasps building nests on our house after having the treatment applied.

They came out for their 90 day guarantee. On that alone, if we ever need that kind of service, I will definitely call them.

Very well. He educated us on the type of hornets we were dealing with, their habits, whether they were dangerous, how to get rid of them. They were gone after the first treatment, but he said he would come back for free if they returned.

Great. The man showed up between the two hours allotted, was informative and did a great job. Got rid of the ants eating the header boards above garage door.

It went well. This guy was very nice and he did a lot of work he went through all my cabinets searching for the places where they could be hiding. I was surprised at how much work he did. I got my money's worth and piece of mind. Very nice guy. This is great service, no doubt about that!!!

I called to have a yellow jacket's nest removed because I had been stung several times last summer and didn't want a repeat.?Tim came to our house at the scheduled time,?but he explained that yellow jackets?don't use their nests two years in a row, and the ones that I saw hovering around this spring were just the queens and they hadn't built their nests for this year yet. I felt like I got a great education from someone who knows his job well. I will definitely use this company in the future for yellow jackets but also for any other pest problems. He couldn't have been nicer and more courteous.
