We were moving, so they came to one location to pick up carpets (very promptly) and delivered them to a new location. They were very responsive initially. My issue was how difficult it was to get anyone on the phone once they had the carpets. I called many times before getting a response (I needed to know the sizes of the rugs to purchase new pads, and I needed to arrange for delivery in the new house.) They were slow to bill and slow to process payment. I probably won't use them again because of this. Perhaps they are just having back office issues.

We are very happy with them. They are very courteous and efficient. The only issue which I have is that there was a smell. The smell dissipated in an hour. I’m happy with the service. I would use them in the future.

The price was right, but since I only clean the carpets 1-2 times a year, I'd rather spend a little more for a cleaner/residue-free result.

I have been using them for at least 7 or 8 years. They do carpet cleaning, but we have never asked for that service. They come when they say they are going to come. They do a thorough job. We did have an incident where they cleaned the chair and we were not happy with the way the upholstery looked when they were done with that. We called them and told we were not happy. They came out right away and worked on it to fix the problem. I generally have them do some of the furniture once a year. Once I had a reunion and told them they had to come. They came at 4 o'clock in the afternoon and working until 6 or 7 in the evening. I don't use companies if I am not satisfied with the work that they provide. They are reliable and professional. I have been using them for so long. I trust them.

The cleaners that came out from Duraclean Company were good. They arrived on time and finished the job on time. I had some pet stains and they told me upfront that they were not sure if they could get it off or not. They told me that they would do the best they could. It was true, they did a very good job with it but it didn’t come off totally. They were professional carpet cleaners.

Duraclean sent two very professional gentlemen to my home to clean my carpets. They were very patient with me and answered all my question before getting started on the cleaning itself. I had a previous company one month earlier come and clean my carpets but it still did not look clean. The two men that Duraclean sent out did an outstanding job on my carpets. They paid close attention to the areas in which I felt still look dirty from the other company. Once they were finished my carpet look as good as new. One can clearly see that the workers take pride in there work. They did an amazing job. From my initial phone call to Duraclean I could tell that they were not the average carpet cleaning company. You could tell that they had my best interest at hand. The office staff is very knowledgeable when it came to answering my question. I also, had Duraclean take back one of my area rugs that my son’s cat had an accident on and they told me that it might take more than one treatment because of the cat’s accident and that there would not be any extra charges for the extra cleaning, I thought that was great. I had my area rug back within 7 days and it looked great. I will recommend this company to all my friends, family and co-workers. I would like give a special Thanks to the gentlemen who came out to my home and cleaned my carpets. You guys were great! Thanks again.

I phoned 7 business days later to see if my rugs were ready for pickup, on the 10th and was told they may be ready next week, the technician liked to do a "really good job".I phoned back the following Monday, the 15th, two weeks after I had dropped them off, at first the receptionist did not know if they were ready, she had to check with the technician, she came back to the phone and told me that 2 of the three were ready, the 5x7 rug was not, the technician wanted to clean it again as he was not satisfied with the result.So I went and picked up the two rugs, which were wrapped in brown paper and took them home.When I unwrapped the rugs, one of them was wet and had rolls of hair and pet fur all over the edges, the other was dry but threads were pulled and it did not smell clean.I phoned and spoke with the receptionist and told her that I wanted to come and get the other rug and that I was very unhappy with the work done and I told her why.She told me that I could come and pick up the other rug the next day as the technician was not available for her to get my rug, and she apologized and offered to have the technician re-clean the rugs, but as it was already 15 days since I had first brought them in, I declined and told her that I would have the rugs cleaned elsewhere. She said there was no charge and that she would let the"boss " know what had happened.One rug was so wet that I had to hang it up in my laundry room overnight and it still was not dry the next day when I went to Duraclean to pick up the other rug.I vacuumed it two days later when it finally dried enough to put down on my floor. I arrived at Duraclean on the 16th, was greeted by a different receptionist, told her who I was and why I was there.She seemed to know the story, asked me to follow her, which I did and she led me into an empty work area, saying that her boss wanted me to see their " excellent "facility. My rug was hanging on a drying rack along with some other throw rugs, and a pile of uncleaned rugs were on the floor.There was no other staff to be seen .I was livid, I told her that I had wasted enough time and just wanted my rug and I was not there to tour the facility.She took down the rug and I took it with me. It had been cleaned but was not as clean as when I used my own steamer at home.It seemed to me that it had just been cleaned, and it had not cleaned twice at all. My order had Angie's List member written all over it, which makes me wonder how much worse it could have been.The experience with Duraclean was dreadful.A total waste of time and energy.To add injury to insult, the "boss " thought I might enjoy a tour of the facility when I went to pick up my third area rug.I made three trips to Duraclean to have some basic throw rugs cleaned, and came home with a headache.I would never recommend these people to anyone, I had checked their reviews with Angie's List before I went in and I had high expectations, even then, I did not take in my more expensive area rugs as this was my first experience with them.Lesson learned, I have since purchased a new carpet steamer .

They responded promptly on a weekend and came when they said they would to check on the progress of the project. They replaced the pad and the carpet, good as new. In addition they came when they said they would to pick up the floor dryers and dehumidifiers.

2 very polite young men showed up about 10 minutes prior to the schedule time. That's a plus in my book. Anyone showing up a few minutes a head of time a greart start. They introduced themselves. Inquired which rooms i would like cleaned. They explained their pricing procedure and then went about measuring each room. They come to exact measurements my husband an I did. Another perfect, no fudging of the numbers! I did not schedule to have my couch and 2 recliners cleaned but asked them if they had time. They said that would be no problem. They explained the pricing for that. I gave it my OK so they set about cleaning. I was very impressed with the job they did and the time in which it took them to clean. Once they were done, I inspected the cleaning job...I was happy with what they did, i paid them and off they went. Once the carpet dried I noticed a dark spot which i hadn't noticed before....I called the office, they sent some out right away to check it out. They gave the spot a good cleaning and all is good now.

it went very well. I have a cat who chooses to use the carper for a litter box. They were able to get those spots removed. They did such a good job, I'm having them back. M Monz 3255 E. Erie Ave

The two gentlemen from Duraclean met me at the condo right on time. Both were very polite. I was given an estimate over the phone and they measured the carpet space to ensure the quote was accurate. The measurement showed that the phone quote to be abuot $25 too high, so I was able to pay less. I appreciated the time and effort to measure because I was orignally happy with paying the estimated price. Very professional. They did a great job on the carpets.

They were on time, friendly and professional. Great service. Great value.

They did an excellent job and it came back exactly the way we wanted it. My husband dropped it off and he picked it up when it was done. I think the price was fair and they gave us an Angie’s List discount. My oriental rug is old but they were careful and everything is good. It took them three or four days.

They came on time, only brought in the hoses and immediately started on the rooms I designated for them to clean. They went very fast, and did a super job. I added extra rooms and rugs and spots in other rooms and they did those without qualm which was nice. They were 2 young men, very friendly and accommodating and they left the house very clean when they were done.

They were prompt, professional and courteous. We were happy with the results; the carpet and furniture were noticeably cleaner.

They were good and friendly. The response time was in line. They called me back right away. The quality of work was not as good as others has been.

Everyone I talked to was very pleasant, they just do not offer hardwood repairs.

One person came out to do the cleaning. When they arrived they quickly got started cleaning. He did the best he could with moving furniture to clean areas (two people would be more efficient). Once the services were completed he went over the services that were provided and showed me a couple areas he was uncertain about. I must say overall I thought the carpet looked great and he did a good job getting out the dirt and stains. However, I would not have my couch cleaned by this company again. The couch really doesn't look any different than it did before and it was very expensive. Moreover, my wood floors were somehow scratched during this process...since I was not watching I am not sure how but I am guessing since only one person was there to move the furniture he shoved the furniture rather than carrying it onto the wood floors.

Duraclean responded right away and came over to help with the dry out within hours of my call. Todd seamed very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They returned the next day to check on the equipment and move it around to ensure that everything dried thoroughly. Then, a few days later they returned to retrieve the equipment and check all of the walls for dryness. While Todd was at my house he told me that his company does reconstruction for people who have had damage in their homes. So, I also asked him to come back to give me an estimate on the repair work to be done. He came out a couple of weeks later after the insurance adjuster had visited but I never received his estimate, despite making a number of follow up calls. I don't know what happened here or why he never followed through.

I called a few from the list you gave me, and they were able to come the next day. Two young men showed up, neatly dressed for carpet cleaners, shook hands and introduced themselves. I was impressed. They came in and gave me an estimate which is what they quoted me over the phone and they started. They did a super job and got stains out that had been in there from previous cleanings. They were fast, efficient and got the job done quickly. Everything smelled and looked great. They even turned the fans on in each room to help the drying process.

Company arrived exactly at scheduled time. Workers were professional and friendly and did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and sofa. They did all of this in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.

We have now had them out 4 times and they have done a great job each time. They are always very courteous and do an awesome job. I would highly recommend them.

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. THEY ARE JOHNNY ON THE SPOT, THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY.

CAME OUT IN A TIMELY MANNER. REPAIRED A HOLE IN THE CARPET AND IT LOOKS GREAT !
