They came out and gave an estimate right away. Once we agreed on the work, they came out right away. Falls did a great job of the services requested. They cut up all the trees into firewood length and stacked it. They removed all the limbs and hauled that away. I wouldn't have even known they were there since they did a great job of cleaning everything up. I would hire them again and highly recommend them.

Company cut down enormous oak tree in back yard next to house. Price was significantly less than two other companies that provided quotes. Tree was cut down, limbs were hauled away, stump was ground down, and yard was cleaned up in a day and a half. Staff was very professional.

Very prompt communication and phone call return. Crew cleaned up work area well. One issue was had with initial work, and the company was very responsive and immediately resolved the issue to customer satisfaction. Would hire again!

Falls did a great job of the services requested. They came and removed all the overgrown trees from our flower beds in the back yard, removed a very large (half dead) pine tree, and removed three large limbs from a massive oak tree. They performed all of the removal in one day, and ground the stumps the following day. They broke some sandstone pieces that surround our patio, and broke one of our steps that lead to the patio. Instead of letting me know about the broken step, they took a few sticks, stuck them under the broken corner in order to prop it up. I discovered this a few days later. This was disappointing. Had they told me flat out, I would have given them an A on everything. Just goes to show... BE HONEST ABOUT YOUR MISTAKES. I would recommend them, because the price was fair. But, make sure to check everything BEFORE they leave.

Wow! These guys are the best!!! They gave me a great quote I accepted and they were out the next day giant dangerous tree removed and all cleaned up in less than 12 hours. I normally don't go above and beyond to recomend someone so highly but for these guys I do! They drove from Chagrin Falls to Cuyahoga Falls. A++

I needed to have a maple tree cut down and a mulberry tree trimmed. Called and the owner showed up the next day and gave a reasonable estimate compared to other companies. In 2 days workers Wally and Nick came prepared to do the work. Both workers were mannerly and professional. Trees were cut and trimmed the way I requested. Clean up was also very good. I requested one long log to be cut a little shorter and had excellent response and it was cut. I also appreciated the safety concern the workers showed for my 2 dogs in the fence area. They knocked on the door and advised me to bring them inside. Overall I would recommend this company highly. Polite workers, all work completed, neat clean up and no hassles.

They did what they were asked, and did a nice job with clean up and management of communication.

They showed up when they said they would, the crew worked hard and steady and clean up afterwords was very good. The crew placed sheets of plywood in the yard to minimize damage from their equipment.

Eric and his team was very professional in their work .. Once the service was scheduled, they came down the very next day, completed the task and cleaned up the place very neatly. Even before scheduling the task with the company Eric was very nice in explaining which trees needed to be removed and what risk they posed. he was not at all pushy. In fact I wanted a huge tree in my backyard to be removed worried that it may cause an issue later on. But after Eric took a look at it he suggested that there was no need to cut that tree down and that it did not pose any risk. Overall I'm very satisfied with the work Falls Tree did and will definitely use them again in future.

I had a big tree come down over the driveway. It was stuck in another tree. Way dangerous for the kids to get on the bus. I called Eric and he came out in 15 minutes and cut and cleared the tree. Great job. And now my wife thinks I rock for handling so quickly.

What a great crew. In two days they cleared out my backyard, which was full of overgrown vines, bushes, small trees, and basically junk vegetation that the previous homeowners didn't do anything about. Brought in topsoil to level things out and put down new seed and straw. There were a few delays because of the weather and emergency tree calls they were taking, but they communicated with me the entire time. Cleaned up great and everything looks fantastic. Can't wait until the new grass comes in and I have a blank slate to work with.

We just bought a new home. So we initially called them just to have 2 stumps to be ground out that the city was bugging us about. In between calling them for the quote and them giving the quote, my husband discovered that a massive maple tree that sits smack dab on the property line between our house and the neighbor's had a significant crack in it. I kid you not, when you stood next to it, you could hear the wood cracking (not creaking, literally cracking) every time the wind blew. It was very obvious that this was a tree that a good storm would take down. My husband actually loves to take trees down himself, but this tree was about 10 feet from both our house and the neighbor's and our electrical lines run on either side of it. My husband said there was no way he could safely do it. But he also said that leaving it up was a serious liability. We decided since they were already coming out to quote the stumps, we would have them look at the tree. I kid you not, the quote left us floored in a good way. We had expected it to be much, much higher due to the difficult location. When we consulted our neighbor about removing the tree, she hugged me and was thrilled to pay half. They had the tree quoted 2 years ago when they bought their house and simply could not afford it and had been hoping the tree did not fall in the mean time. The price Mr. Falls quoted was significantly less (more than 50% less) than what had been quoted to them by the other company. Since the price was so affordable, we also had them drop another diseased tree on the property that my husband could have managed but would have needed to bring in friends and family to help with. I called for the quote on Thursday morning. Erik came out to quote Thursday afternoon, which we accepted. And the trees were dropped Friday morning with stumps ground out Friday afternoon. Just that fast. The tree dropping team had the easy tree dropped in under 20 minutes. The tricky one near the houses and electrical lines was about an hour. The tricky one was dropped in a neat pile around the stump and they did not damage any of the ornamental trees that were growing about 20 feet away in the neighbor's yard nor hit the houses or the electrical lines. I will point out that we did not pay to have them clean the trees up. We cut them up ourselves and stored them for firewood. That does make a difference in price. So if you want clean up, prices will be higher. But their prices and speed of service were amazing.

They came out for the estimate a few days after we called. Their estimate was the lowest, so we asked them to do the work. It took a few weeks before they came to take out the trees. They worked late afternoon/early evening, and cleaned up all of the debris. They told us that the stump would be ground by another crew. A few weeks later, the stump was still there. We called and were told that the stump grinder had been in for repairs, and was now fixed. They came to grind the stump two days after that conversation. The wood chips were not very good; mixed with rotten leaves and other debris. They left two soft-drink bottles lying on the driveway. After the stump grinding, someone put a lawn sign for the company in front of our house, without asking us first. In summary, they gave us a competitive estimate, and did what was required. Their clean-up was complete, except for the soft-drink bottles.

I contacted Eric on July 2 for a quote. He advised he would be out within the week. He came out and completed the quote on July 7th. I contacted Stephanie on July 23 and advised her we accepted the quote and to put us on the list to have the work done. Stephanie advised that the work would be completed within the next 10 days. The crew arrived on July 31 and cut down the two trees and trimmed the two maple trees. The crew was professional, diligent and fast. All of the debris from all four trees was taken to the street and shredded. The yard was left spotless. I was advised that the stumps would be removed within the next week. On August 6, the crew arrived and ground out the stumps. Again, the yard was left spotless. Several of my neighbors commented on what a great job was done by both crews. I would definetely use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service.

Eric Echard came out to evaluate white oaks for pruning then left an estimate by the main entrance. I couldn't decipher the contractor's hand writing so I called back in order to find out the findings and his version of what needs to be done. On the phone, Eric made it clear he's not coming out again to meet face to face unless he's hired to do the job. I felt comfortable with the estimate and wanted to hire Falls for other services so I agreed for Eric to return the following Thursday evening. To my disappointment, Eric didn't return as it was scheduled and pretty much wasted my time. Not even a phone call to cancel or reschedule the visit. Last week I called Falls and wanted to speak with the company owner; left a message with the front desk person and no one return my call as of today. In conclusion, I had all the intentions of hiring the company and they dropped the ball.

The job went very well! After so many tree service companies either turned us down or charged us too much, Falls Tree Experts got the job done; and for a good price! The tree was all the way in our backyard right next to power lines. The difficult access to the tree and its being right next to power lines made this tree a high risk tree. Not only were they able to trim the tree, they were able to do it for an affordable price! Despite the snow, Falls Tree Experts were able to complete the main portion of the job within six or seven hours. They finished cleaning up the work area the next morning. It went a lot smoother and better than I could've hoped for! We will definitely be using them again in the future for all our tree service needs!
